Kelly went above and beyond today with helping me with an issue that was preventing me from processing payroll. She was in training and saw that I called twice so she knew it was urgent. Wow! I am new to the school district sector. She is kind, professional, compassionate, understanding and her work ethic is second to none. A big thanks for today because I couldn’t have done it without her knowledge and help. I work a lot with Lauri, as well who has a plethora of knowledge and is willing to help on a moment’s notice. They make a great team and I would be lost without them. Thank you Lauri and Kelly. Keep up the great customer service and work. You two are amazing to work with and I am learning so much from you.
