Today I needed to purchase a new stainless steel gas range with convection oven and a matching microwave. I decided to go to our local Amundsons appliance store first to check out what they had to offer.The salesperson Cindy was not a bit pushy and instead was very, veryhelpful. After cooking & baking for 62 years I knew exactly what I needed,and didnt need in a gas range and she helped me find just that.I also have to thank her co-worker Dave for taking down the microwave from display. Our microwave stopped working yesterday and we needed one right away and they didnt have another one in stock. I wouldnthesitate to recommend Amundsons Appliance store in Chippewa Falls.
Cindy Hintz is an excellent salesperson at the Amundsons in Chippewa Falls. We needed a dishwasher and she throughly explained the features and how they could help us. We needed a white dishwasher so we were limited but we found one that will work out very well. We learned about our new dishwasher too.Thanks, Cindy!

I was looking for appliance assistance. I decided to call a local appliance store Amundsons in Chippewa Falls Wi. the morning of 7/13/21.After multiple calls over a couple of hour period and no person to answer their business phone (just an answering service that sounded like an after hours service not switched over for business hours).I chose to not leave a callback request message with what sounded like to me to be an after hours message service. After a few calls and leaving NO request to be called back, I moved down my call list to other businesses/appliance options.Then an hour or more later, out of the blue, a female representing the Chippewa Amundsons said she was returning my call (caller ID??) quickly spoke long enough to tell me that she was the only person in the store and could not answer the phone but is calling back the callers who had called that morning. Then proceeded to act like she could not hear me and hung up on me !!BTW, IMHO, If there had been an actual bad connection, any service/sales business person who makes a follow up business call would undoubtedly call again to ensure good relations and professionally represent Amundsons business (sell you something/arrange service) BUT only if :1. it was an actual bad connection.2. it was an actual business call (sell/service something)3. if was a return call REQUESTED by a potential/existing customerLooking back at this morning,1. Our glass stove top cracked (15 year old discontinued stove). I called Amundson’s in Chippewa Falls and Cindy was very friendly, informative and helpful. They had 2 models in stock for what we were looking for so we went in to take a look. We chose the range, paid and loaded it up in no time! Plus we purchased the extended warranty which is a great deal and can be used for in-store credit if we don’t end up using it, Win-Win! We will definitely shop here again for our appliances. Cindy was very helpful in helping me order appliances and giving me information on each of the selections. All questions were answered promptly. She was upfront with the state of deliveries due to Covid related delays and explained why and what to expect. I found the whole experience simple and never felt pressured or rushed.
My stove went out of service during Covid. Because of Covid nearly all the appliance stores are backlogged 2-6 months. In addition to the backlog and shortage nearly all the stores in this area are sold out of black stoves. The staff at Amundsons store are not only knowledgeable but they offered to sell me a black stove on display. No other store in this area would sell me a stove on display. For this reason, Amundsons will be the store where I purchase my next appliance!!! Thank You for your amazing staff!

Its so rare to find a business that genuinely cares about people but Amundsons is that business. My freezer was dying during the COVID-19 crisis and with absolutely no freezers available, I was at risk of losing all my frozen food. Although they had none in stock, Amundsons immediately searched and pulled strings to find a replacement! I am eternally grateful and forever an Amundson customer. Cindy is amazing. Completely knowledgeable about all their product, Shes a little walking encyclopedia and more than willing to help. Altogether an outstanding experience.
Courteous knowledgeable sales attendant, large assortment of stock to choose from. Liked that they have their sold machines serviced by their own service department that will not service other machines.Accessories such as hoses etc. were cheaper here. David
Amundsons has been my go to when shopping for appliances. Not only do they carry every brand, they can special order for me too. The key in my buying decision is the service after the sale. The sales staff is knowledgeable -- informing me which appliance will best serve my specific needs and budget. The installers have been great too!

Very bad experience with this store. Heidi was terrible at communication after the sale. My charge card was used to pay for my purchase plus someone else’s service call. I was promised delivery in 10 days to 2 weeks. I called to talk to her several times in this 2 week period about the fraudulent charge. Each time I only got her voice mail and she never returned calls. On the 15 th day after my purchase, I once again called and Heidi was not in, talked to David, then finally to Ryan. Ryan said he would take care of the fraudulent charge and I cancelled my order. My account was credited for both charges quickly. Happy to be done with this transaction.
Good selection of product. But when we called with some questions, they didnt get back to us for a couple days. Bought what we wanted somewhere else.

Called and asked if they would check over our appliances that got wet when I pipe broke and flooded the kitchen. Was asked if we bought the appliances there. I said no. Was then told they wouldnt because they were not purchasep there. They have also told this to my father when is fridge went out
