So sad they are closing. I brought my wedding rings to be cleaned prior to my daughters wedding, saying I would need to have them sized afterwards. He asked how soon I needed them and had them sized and polished by the next day. Beautiful work and very fair prices. Great service always.

Art is very nice and friendly and knows what he is doing and fixes it fast and at a good price. So sad to see that he is closing his store due to Covid. Ive been going there for a long time now and Im very sad to know he will close his doors soon. People go to his store to help him out any buy something nice for yourself or someone u love.

I have always brought my watches here. The owner and horologist that that does the adjustments, is knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately, he will be closing his shop soon. But thankfully, he did extend his lease for a couple of months as of this review date. (12/30/20)

This shop is great, and the man who owns it is friendly and helpful. I’ve brought in many things for him to repair over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. In most cases the jobs are completed on the spot. I just heard that the shop will be closing at the end of December 2020 and I know that I will miss it terribly.

Im sad to say this place is closing after 35 years. They sleays provided good service. Tjey close permanently at the end of March

My family and I have been coming to this establishment for years. They are ALWAYS friendly and professional! They replace watch batteries and resize watch bracelets on the spot. They do quality work with jewelry repair too. Reasonable prices.

I have been coming here to have my watches repaired and have new batteries installed on my numerous watches for I am guessing over ten years. Might be fifteen years even. Great price and work is done on the spot always with a relaxed & laid back friendly service. Always a great price & positive experiences. I hope he stays in business at this location for another fifteen years.

Price is unbeatable. I always come here to get my watch adjusted or to get the battery replaced. Quick job. Approx 15 minutes to get the work done that I requested and that includes wait time.

Super customer service. They were able to fix my wifes ring and have it ready before they closed. They even polished out and reshape my wedding ring for free. I would recommend this place.

Took in a diver with a metal bracelet to get refitted. Owner was very stand-offish the entire time like I was wasting his time. When I got home I realized he didnt even fit it to my wrist properly and had to acquire the tools to just do it myself.

Amazing and quick. I needed a new battery in one watch, remove 4 links in an another. I was hoping for a ring to be resized, which they also do, but unfortunately my ring is made of tungsten. The gentleman did everything right there on the spot! Great place, this place will definitely have my business for now on.

Omg everything they say on the internet about this guy is true. Freaking amazing! I brought him 10 watches that needed batteries and two watches that needed to be fitted. He hammered them out right in front of me and it only took him about 15 min. Best part... it was cheep!! Never go to the mall again come to this guy!

I have been in multiple times for battery change, or bracelet sizing and theyve always done a great job for great prices. Today I took in one of my watches for repair. (The second hand had fallen off and was inside the case) The owner fixed it right on the spot for $10! I thought it was going to be much more expensive. Thank you Watches Plus! A++

Literally from the time i walked in to the time i walked out roughly 60 seconds had elapsed. I had a band break on my nixon watch. I brought it in and the owner buzzed me in, while still assistaning another customer he sized up my problem. He finished with the woman he was helping and quickly went to work on my watch. He measured the pin needed to hold my band in place with one tool and effortlessly transitioned into securing the band with another. A twist here and a tap there and 2 dollars later i was on my way and a very satisfied customer. Thank you for a great customer service experience. Good help is hard to find nowadays. I will be back.

This is the place to go for watch repair. The guy charges me about $5-6 for removing links on watches and replacing batteries and he does it in my face in a matter of seconds. I wish I still lived in the area vicar I just paid triple that in Las Vegas for the same work :(
