Jeff was awesome to deal with. The whole process went smooth and as a first time hauler, Jeff spent the time explaining everything in detail. During my trip I had a couple questions and Jeff responded immediately via text or call. We will definitely rent again trying out various trailers.

My family and I highly recommend OC RV. Staff is very helpful and flexible with pick up and drop off. Trailer is in great condition and the price is very reasonable. We also appreciated that there was no advertising on the trailer (very annoying). We love that they responded very quickly when a question arises. We will continue to rent from OC RV from this point on.

Jeff at OC RV was great. Trailer was ready as promised and super clean inside and out. Jeff got to know our experience pulling a trailer and gave us some tips. He did a walk-around with us to show and explain all the features and hook-ups. Jeff hooked up the trailer to our vehicle and unhooked upon our return. Great service and easy to do business with. Rented one of the smaller RVs for the three of us and had a great time. Its amazing how large they are on the inside - we are planning on renting a larger one and inviting the family next time. Was a little worried about power going up hills, but it flew along. Dealing with them was easy - I recommend them.

Had the best family trip using OC RV rental! Super clean, newer trailer in perfect working condition! Best price too! Ive used other trailer rentals and OC RVs is definitely the best. Gary the owner went above beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. He let us pick up the trailer early could get trail and went over all details. Also Gary helped pick it up at the end!

We needed to rent a trailer while our RV was in the shop. Being from out of state, we needed a place that was close to where we were staying. OC RV set us up with a trailer at a busy time. It was so clean, it was like new.They provide great service at a reasonable price. Couldnt ask for more from any business.

First time I have rented a trailer from them. Really nice trailer, fair rates, everything was up front and no surprises. The unit I rented was new but need a couple repairs, I told Gary about them before I headed out, no problem he did not blame me for them or charge me in anyway. This is the second year we have rented a trailer from OCRV. Everything from the reservation to pick up and return ran smoothly. Gary was super helpful and friendly on the phone. I appreciated the timeliness of the pick up process. The gentleman helping us pick up the trailer was very thorough and explained everything. It made camping with the family a really fun trip having a trailer!

Jeff was extremely helpful. I rented a 24ft travel trailer for for the first time. The trailer was ready early -- which was great for me. Jeff explained everything and my trip was terrific. I would definitely recommend OCRV to my friends and will definitely rent from them again.

Had a great experience renting a trailer from OCRV. I Had never rented before and Gary, the owner, was so helpful and spent so much time with me on the phone answering all my questions. He delivered the trailer to the beach and showed me how to work everything. We had originally ordered an older model trailer, but he had just bought a new one and offered that one to us. My entire family loved the experience and we will definitely rent again from Gary. Great trailer, great service, and wonderful vacation!!!

They were extremely helpful with getting set up and showing me how to use it. We got a very clean toy hauler that looked great and didnt have that annoying rental sign across the back.I recommned these guys....they are first class!

We rented a travel trailer from OCRV August 26, 2017. They were supposed to drop it off at our house at 9AM. We paid in advance. 12:30 PM and they were still a no-show, and had not answered our dozens of phone calls and text messages. At 12:30 PM, Gary called us and said he was an hour away. We told him to jump in a lake, and cancelled our credit card payment. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS UNRELIABLE SCUMBAG. He could have taken 30 seconds to call or text us to let us know he would be late. Instead, we repacked our entire truck and spent the whole week after that in a tent, and missed a half day of our vacation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS UNRELIABLE SCUMBAG.

My experience with OCRV was great. They quickly responded to my inquiry, had the RV ready as planned and gave us a thorough review on how to use the features. The RV was in great condition, everything worked perfectly. During the trip I sent Jeff a text about how to operate a feature & he immediately responded. I rented a trailer from OC RV a few weeks back. I was in a pinch and in desperate need of a trailer two days before leaving for my trip. I spoke with several other rental companies from Orange, LA and Ventura counties, before finding OC RV. I spoke with Gary, who was very accommodating and worked worked around my demanding schedule.The trailer I rented was very clean and everything worked perfectly! Although it was more trailer than I was looking for, I still saved about 300 bucks by renting from OC RV rather than the other companies I had contacted.I have rented travel trailers from other companies in the past. This company is by far the most professional and offers great quality products. I plan on renting a trailer from them again very soon, as do a few of my friends who have also had negative experiences with other rental companies.

OCRV has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Other RV rental places made promises they could not deliver. Our RV was in great shape and the price was better than anything else we could find. Will definitely be choosing OCRV again for next RV vacation.

Awful experience. First time renting an RV. (and last from this company) After much delay and schedule rearrangement, we picked up the RV. It was filthy and disgusting. This was after the three hour delay they needed to get the unit ready. The RV rattled and shook so bad that we had to shout just to hear one another. Lastly, a lot of important instruction was left out when we picked it up so we were fortunate enough to be camping where we could ask other campers for helpThere are a lot of reputable and quality companies out there. Tis isnt one of them

I recently rented an RV from OC RV and had a positive experience. Gary was very helpful and accommodating on the phone and the guy who we picked the RV from gave us an excellent overview of how to work everything inside and outside the Rv. A great trip!

I rent trailers/RVs about 3-4 times a year. This was the first time I used OC RV, Inc. And it will be the LAST time I use OC RV. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had renting an RV. Took my wife and two little ones to Ocotillo Wells for New Years and had problem after problem after problem.First issue- the stabilizing bar that was provided and installed by them fell out of the socket and was dragging on the ground for who knows how long. I was finally told by a passer by that I had issues. I had to undo the hitch, and was able to put it back on assuming that the guy who installed may have messed up. But a few more miles down the road it was dragging on the ground again. This time I fixed it again, but had to use tape and zip ties to keep it from falling out. Second Issue- The mattress was worse than sleeping on the sand and rocks I was parked on (not that big of a deal) kind of expected given the age of the RV. Luckily a friend had an extra one he let me barrow. Third Issue- The grey water valve didn’t close all the way and it leaked the entire trip, quite embarrassing, but was just happy it wasn’t the Black water valve. Fourth and the biggest issue- One day into my three day rental period the trailer went dark. Meaning- no power anywhere. Fridge was out, lights were out, no hot water, no water pressure etc...The only way to fix the problem for the next few days was to run the generator 24/7, and spent $30 in gas, but at night I had to turn it off to be able to sleep, so come morning time everything in the refrigerator was warm. I put a call into the owner, think his name is Carl, but he never bothered to return the call. FUN STUFF! I do want to point out that Antonio the guy who helps get the rig ready and hooked up was helpful and is good at what he does.

OCRV was a great company to rent an RV from. The RV was clean, modern, and everything was in working condition. Being the first time ever using an RV, the owner made sure we knew how to work everything. I would definitely rent from OCRV again.

I rent RVs every year for a major vacation. This is my 4th rental with OCRV and I always walk away happy (duh wouldnt be my fourth rental). Now first of all let make it clear, you get what you pay for. These are not brand new rigs with top of the line features, but you wont get that for the prices OCRV is offering. The units have been in service for many years and they show it. But if you are looking for a good product at a GREAT price, this is your place. Book early, cause prices like this get grabbed up quickly. I dont think youll find a better deal in Southern California.

I have never rented from OCRV, but I did consign my trailer to them to be rented out and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I was NEVER paid on time and when I would call they would say they were working on payments. After MANY MANY phone calls from my wife and I realized that Jeff had no control to make any payments. I then found the owner Garys phone number on the internet and called him over and over in which I never received one phone call back from him. At that point I called Jeff and told him I was picking up my trailer. About a week or so after picking up my trailer Jeff called and said he would meet me to deliver my final check. When I met with him you could tell that he was obviously embarrassed about the situation.DO NOT LET OCRV CONSIGN YOUR RV YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID ON TIME!!!

Just got back last week from our annual Spring Break trip and once again, OCRV made another memorable experience for our family. We rented a travel trailer and everything worked perfectly. They even provided us with a heavy duty hitch and a weight distribution kit. No problem taking it through the grapevine with heavy cross winds. This is our 5th time renting with OCRV and Jeff never disappoints. We are even considering a summer trip this year and you know who well be calling. Thanks again Jeff and OCRV.

I have rented from oc rv more than once. i always rent the same motorhome, jeff is always helpful and very easy to deal with from pick up and drop off. the motorhome is always clean and ready when i show up. i will always rent from ocrv.
