People that work here have no clue what theyre doing, they will suggest you all these chemicals for your pool that dont work, then blame you for not following the steps right.. I just Google it from now on and buy my chemicals elsewhere, saved so much money this way

Buck was fantastic. He didnt try to up-charge or sell me anything I didnt need. I took my pool sweeper in fully expecting to be sold a new one. Nope, they repaired the one I brought in and gave me the busted parts they replaced. Very fair and different from what I was expecting (different in a good way). This is how to keep customers.

Spoke to Jesse who said he was the manager. I asked for a dex2400c manifold. He said he had it in stock. The price he gave me was higher than another local pool supplier. When I asked if they match prices he said why dont you just go buy it from them. Horrible businessman.

Im a new pool owner so I had a few questions about maintaining my pool. So I came to Leslies Pool Supply and talked to Tom or his name might have been Tim, my apologies for not remembering. Anyway, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and yet had more useful information.I recommend this store to anyone with pool supply needs or even if you just have some questions.Thanks again Tom.

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff, but expensive on prices. I know it is hard to compete with amazon, but it is hard for me to justify double the cost for many items. I still buy there because it is valuable to have access to the staff.

Called Leslies Pool Supplies looking for a submersible pump...they were very nice on the phone... had what I needed and said they would put one aside for me. When I got there it was waiting for me. Got home with the pump put it in my pool and it saved the day.

Prices are a bit high but the guys are really nice and very helpful!
