I will not lie. I really enjoyed my experience here. Im only giving 4 stars because I now have a sore and open wound. Ladies please slow down alittle well scraping the dead skin off of peoples feet. I am diabetic and will have to keep a close eye on this wound. Other than that yall did an amazing job. Thank you

I like this nails spa and the best one so far where I have been to. Cathy did a great job for my pedicure and my nails.she is so nice and professional. For sure will be back!

The boss is very hospitable, and the shop is clean. They will sanitize the seat before a client sit down. My mom and my sister were happy that I brought them there. I will definitely try for other services next time!

The workers all very friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable even as just someone who is waiting!My wife also loves the job they do and says they pay great attention to detail!Overall great friendly service and very skillful with their work.. Amazing experience! I needed my nails done for homecoming and my friend recommended this place. My hands are pretty sensitive but the lady who did my nails was very gentle, she listened and followed everything I asked for and my nails turned out lovely! The place was very clean and the boss was friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely come again!

Whenever Ive gone, theres not more than 2 other customers inside- which I like! The staff there are all very attentive. The male at the front desk is very kind, asking if everyone is comfortable and trying to remember names and faces of the customers. Ive gone twice to try out a new nail salon and Ill definitely go back

I brought My daughter here for a mani pedi for her kindergarten graduation. The staff was so friendly, and made her feel like a princess. Very reasonably priced and even had a tiny chair for her so her feet could reach into the spa water.

I’ve been getting my monthly pedicures at True Touch Nails & Spa for about a year now, today was my first day back since the closures. I read the reviews and it’s unfair what people have to say about their business. Because of the visible mixed reviews, I want to share the following:The owner and his wife (I believe) always greet me and treat me with respect. They walk me in to my seat and ask what services I’ll be getting while they prepare the foot area with hot water. On most occasions, the female owner (I will ask for her name next time) works with me. Since we both love fashion, that’s always the conversation, she’s very nice. Whenever I get any other lady technician, they’re always professional, kind and very social. What stands out for me is how technical and precise they are with their work, that really ensures me and tells me that they love what they do. OVERALL, THEY TREAT ME LIKE A KING.I will continue to come back and recommend them. Whenever Bad Bunny has his next concert, I will be getting my nails designed by them. Stay tuned.

Be careful with this place, the guy kept jumping the price higher and higher as he was doing my daughters nails. He was very rude and aggressive when I asked him to take them off . We will not be going back.

My new place now that Nina is here she is the best EVER btw. The owner was very nice and attentive over the phone and in person. I had a fill done and the polish on my toes changed . I dont remember the name of the girl who polished my toes but she was quick and also gave me the best recommendation for color. I will for sure be back!

Bad service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻made a appointment I showed up And i got there they told me that there was no appointment and they were being rude about it. I was a costumer for a long time never going back again if i would give zero stars if i could 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

First time, had pedicure appt for noon today. Only 4 workers working on 4 people. Waited a bit, then directed to charity a guy, but then told not to sit, but what for the hot water to run. The gal V was nice enough and we chatted. By the time she got to the mint green foot and leg scrub, a masked woman working on someones nails, suddenly began talking loudly to V. She ended up quickly rubbing on and off the green scrub. She then painted my nails. I questioned why she didnt do the foot and leg lotion massage. She said it was not included in basic pedicure. I pointed out I chose the pedicure called Classic and it does include it. She, V, then said she did it but she did not. Very disappointing. I think the guy speaking English seemed to be th ne one in charge, bit he did not make it right. I paid $18 on credit card. But it said $19. I questioned the amount. He then informed me that they charge an extra dollar to process a credit card payment. I pay with debit/credit cards at pedicure places where I live in Foothill Ranch, and Laguna Niguel and they dont charge extra fees. This place True Touch Nails actually shortened my treatment, even when I had an appt, so V could do a manicure on a woman next to me whod had a pedicure. Giving 2 stars because place was relatively cool and tidy.

Worst experience in my life never coming back to this place again. I get my eyelashes done. The lady come me the mirror to see her job and I let her know one of eyelashes wasnt good as the side she just ignored me say both look good.

The guy who worked with me on Monday morning was so rude and so aggressive with customer and didn’t do good job. I was customer here years and years were okay with Vietnamese ladies. No more this place.

Is not good at all we are paying for their services they always have bad Attitude they are always telling you that you shouldn’t get that type of nails because they don’t match you.The woman who attended my mom was really rude my mom was really 😡 the woman did everything wrong. My mom always has the picture of the nails she wants my mom is not expecting something perfect but at least something close well they didn’t do any of those things.These is just our opinion.

Based on the comments I looked at instagram I went to this place and they really treated me very bad from when I first walked stepped on this place the man named John treated me very bad and then they sent me with another employee and the same thing happened, she pulled me around and squeezed my fingers in a wild way and nobody apologized to me I am disappointed and sad for their attitude, I would never go back to that place! my nails are not what I expected for $ 55

The guy there does a good job. Anyone else there that Ive got is alright. I like that they have the latest trends but theyre pretty expensive for even the basic stuff. (28 dollars for pedicure with callous removal) And remember to times the wait time they give you by eight. The lady told me 15 minutes wait and all the time i was about to leave after 20 minutes she reassured me just a little bit longer. I waited 1 hour to be soaked for pedicure and waited another hour in the soak for someone to work on me. Im not exaggerating. The water is tap cold already and im still sitting here waiting. Definitely never coming back.
