It was extremely horrible experience ever.I was here for change my address, and met the woman who absolutely rude. She is asian who has perm hair. When I got the wrong paperwork (In fact, I didnt do anything wrong, but they gave me the wrong documents.), then she insulted me and yelled at me hysterically. I think she need to get some customer service training ASAP.

I have virtually given up on the Chino P.O. Starting late last year, bills I placed in the outgoing mail slot where i Live in The Preserve, were taking up to 3 weeks to get delivered. I stopped using it and take my bills to the Chino Hills P.O. now. Recently, I had surgery and asked my son to mail some bills for me and he did so, at the Chino P.O. Same problem. I had to stop payment on numerous checks due to their incompetence. I might also add that going to that P.O. is a nightmare by itself due to the lack of a decent amount of parking there. Basically, they suck!

Shouldve read the reviews before using their service. Went in today to pickup a package. I was told that the package was probably misplaced. Carlos asked for my number and said they will call once they find it.Edit: went back today to get an update for my package. First lady I spoke to was rude and just gave me a number to call. Tried calling the number twice but no one answered. Went back inside to talk to someone else. After a few minutes of waiting, Manny assisted me with my issue. He found the package that the other guy said was lost. Thanks Manny youre the best!

This place is horrible. I had items stolen from the large parcel box along with other individuals. They told me to fill out a report, which I did but was denied. Stated, the items were delivered. Well dual, yes they were stolen! The key was in my mailbox but several parcel boxes were broken into, one being mine. I no longer get packages mailed here!

Lobby door is always locked on Sundays, Ive contacted staff about this issue and they assured me that its unlocked and that I could access my mailbox on Sundays. Its been 6 weeks and the door is still locked. So my mailbox keeps piling up and they keep shoving mail in my box, messing it all up. I would give negative stars if I could. This is so frustrating!

Staff is lazy and rude. Our mailman never attempts to bring packages to our units. He instead skips deliveries altogether and takes them straight to the post office. He doesn’t leave any notices. I usually have to track my orders and pick them up straight from the post office. And when I finally do pick them up, they’re unable to locate all of them. I’ve see the postman myself avoid the delivers. I have complained and was sent an email with a long winded excuse and basically making excuses for his lack of interest in deliveries.

Terrible post office. I sent a package to China 3 months ago. As I went to this facility, I asked the staff if I sent by register mail, how long will it arrive? She told me about 2 weeks. Costing $35. But over 3 months, not arriving. I have been this office for 6 times. They always brush me off. The supervisor a Chinese lady prined a paper from computer said it was arrived at Beijing China. Actually it is not. It is still in Japan. Afterward she said she made a mistake. And also she doesn’t have any idea to resolve my problem. Very unprofessional. I am so sad. The document in package is very important. I won’t send any package from this post office any more.

I cant even count how many mails and packaged this guys lost.Worst thing is I got packages but damagedAnd the post office manager promised pay for damages but took 6 months after he said he cant remember that even I met him and he promised me couple times.They dont think any problem that they lost,damaged and lie to the customers.Even office manager is terrible liar.Should be shut down either change manager.

Racial discriminationMade an appointment for Passport apply at noon, I went to line up 10mins early and It was about to me. The supervisor looked at me very carefully and then call the notary to have lunch! There was only me over there no one else! I stood there and waited for half an hour. I couldn’t wait, so I went to the supervisor and asked when the notary would come back. I have an accent and she pretends that she cant understand my question, so I have been waiting there for a long time, until the people who made an appointment after me have come, she called the girl at the last window to come help and it took about 5 mins done they bully me intentionally, because Im the same race as them I speak the same Chinese as them!Chinese people like to bully Chinese people most, the supervisor lady bully me intentionally!Trump was right! USPS useless!

Received two packages from HobbyLink Japan. Though I had to pick them up from the post office itself.Mailman messed up by not leaving the pick up notice twice I just got lucky when I walked in and asked, but the staff was really nice and helpful to me.Package was undamaged and everything inside were exactly what I ordered.

The worst! Parking is not only a problem but very dangerous. Office staffs are rude and unprofessional, mail men are lazy and dishonest, always delay deliveries and made excuses for it, even lie about it. Complained, got late responses and rejected responsibility...insisted they offered best

I drop off packages daily and always greeted by a nice asian women to place my large items next to a door. Today I did the same thing as I do everyday and was stopped by a woman (heavy set white woman) who screamed from behind the counter to stop so I may be checked for items. She literally stopped helping a customer in front of her to yell at me as if I stole a package. I clearly had nothing in my hands after placing 5 packages in the chute and next to the door.

Ive been having trouble with my mail. They time stamp it saying they delivered it to my mailbox. The first package was apparently delivered at 9:00 am and the second was delivered at 1:30 pm so i does not make sense and i never got it, its been 3 days. The new person showed up late one time which was weird, because usually they come at 9 pm and they showed up at 5 pm. I dont know whats going on if they are putting my mail in different mailboxes but they have to fix this issue.

To make a long story short!!! THEY ALWAYS LOOSE/ DELIVER my packages TO ANOTHER ADRESS. I get screwed on money I payed for items. The carriers should be responsible for reimbursing the funds, maybe than they will read the addresses on packages better. They just dont care.

In June there was an incident with our dog. She did attack but apparently never bit the mailman. We understood how bad this was so we listened to their instructions on what to do with our mail. So we signed papers and put a new mailbox on the side of our house as they told us to.A few weeks later the same mailman that filed the attack walked up to our door to deliver a letter, but at the last minute I woke up to get the mail and there was a “not here” notice sticker on the inside of our screen door. So I started walking to the mailbox on the side and he was putting our letters in there anyways. Why did he walk up to our door if he put it in the mailbox?Recently, I was trying to send a letter to my friend so I put the letter in the box with the flag up and it turns out the mailman grabbed my letter and brought it to the front of the house and left it on some chairs we have. If he was confused and thought it was a letter for me why didn’t he leave it in our old mailbox that’s actually part of my house?I know the mailmen are aware of the attack because they carry a notice with them all the time.Why do they keep showing themselves to the dog if they don’t want to be “attacked”? That’s why we put a mailbox on the side. The dogs can’t see them so they won’t bark, but the mailman keeps walking up to our door.Even while we were trying to set up a P.O box the service was awful. Lady at the desk kept talking to us like we were idiots and expressing and waving her hands around to try and calm us down, but we weren’t even acting out.This place and their service is awful.

Today I went to ship a priority package and I ask an asian window clerk (Mei) for priority tape. She answered in e very rude manner, she told me that I have to buy the priority tape. That since December 2018 they dont give free priority tape to customers whos shipping priority packages. I request to speak to her supervisor.I told her that I am an usps employee at a different location close by, and my office offers priority tape and scissors for the convenience of our customers. Her supervisor came out and gave me the tape to seal my package.Customer service at this Chino Post Office is very poor and their window clerks are very rude. I regretted coming to this location.

This use to be a fairly nice Post Office a few years ago....things have changed. Now my postman leaves notices in the mailbox saying he came to my door with a package. Sorry dude.... Myself and my daughter were home all day and I was waiting for that very small pkg. If you had come to the door you would have left the notice on my door, not walked all the back to my mailbox 2 houses down. Now I get to drive over, wait in line AND I work till 5p so I dont know when thats going to happen....grrrrr. Thanks so much. The other thing Ive found is if you call the office about not receiving a parcel they just make up a story about what happened. I was told that they never had the pkg. then they said it had been sent back to the company...... blah blah blah. Two days later when my postman finally delivers it, I find out hes been driving around with it in his truck... /

I think it is a bit silly to write a review about the Post Office, but my terrible experience just had to be shared. Some of the folks here are quite rude. I sense that their greetings are phony and truly do not care of what you have to say. I must admit, they do get the job done quick regardless of how long the line is. Unfortunately, once you make it to the counter be prepared to be treated like garbage. Its like almost inhumane LOL. Need a pen to write with? You will get it tossed at you like an animal. This place is a hit or miss. Not every staff member is like this at this location, but youre bound to be mistreated by the PO nazis. For better treatment, please drive to the PO on Holt Blvd in Ontario. Their services are extraordinary.

This post office is a bit run-down. I dont prefer going here because the parking is WAY too small, the drive-thru is always backed up into the street (Walnut Ave), blocking oncoming traffic, and its just simply not that great to look at. If Im going to wait in line, at least paint the place and try to make it look cared for!Overall, Ill run over to this location for a quick fix, but Id rather spend my time at the Chino Hills USPS.

Cant deposit your package in the drop off box.One is broken and has been for at least two months, the other box is always full because the manager/employees are to lazy to remove the from the mail.If this Post Office was in Orange, Brentwood, even Chino Hills you would not have this problem.

Understaffed and in some cases the staff is under trained. Calling the location, someone answers the phone, hangs it up, picks up, puts you on hold and or fwd the number to an invalid number. This site really needs a Quality Assurance Assessment!!!

I wish I could give this location 0 stars, so I order something from over seas that required a signature. When they attempt it to deliver it 4/4/18, no one was home so we get a note stating that the package will be at the post office starting 4/6/2018. So we waited until 4/6/2018 and drove to the post office that by the way has horrible parking. When we arrived there was a long line, so after waiting for nearly 40 min we finally got a chance to speak with some one, we showed them our note and they went off looking for my package, 20 min later they guy comes back and says that he cant find my package that maybe it out for deliver but he will make a copy of the note and tame out # to call us when he gets that package. 5 days later after no phone call we go back get back in line waited 30 min in line, we talk to the guy in the first window let him know whats going on and he hands the note to his supervisor and and were move to the side, so the so call supervisor can look for our package, after almost 1 hr of him searching for our package he cone back and tell us that the whoever deliver the package scan 3 other packages with 3 different addresses and they cant find my package, so again he takes our phone numbers and writes them on a picture of out package and he PROMISED to call because he was going to find out package this was on 4/11/2018. And now here I am 4/21/2018 still waiting for a call and the note states that if I dont pick up the package by 4/15/2018 the package will be sent back, so I go back from were I order my package and find the taking information just to find out they send it back because I never claim it. So now I have to open a dispute to hopefully I get my money back or get my package re-deliver so this people can lose it again. Now not only did they lose my package but also I order checks from my bank and they leave them out were people can we them I dont understand why they dont place them inside the mail, the checks were no bigger than an envelop. Also wile I was at the post office the second time, there was another customer there because he found his IRS check in the floor by the mailbox and he lives in apartment, the check had been on the floor for over a week the guy told the so call manager, and of course the manager stated he had no control over it, and that he could not do anithing about it, and that cost him even more money. I hope some one reads this and change something about this location, I have been to other post offices and this one is by far the worst that I have been.

I received a notice saying that my package needs to be signed for but since no one was home I could pick the package up after the 30th. So I decided to go Friday the 2ND to try to pick up my package and was told that the driver must have it because its not here. So what was the point of giving me a date that I should be able to pick my package if its not going to be there when I go to pick it up. What a waist of time, no wonder USPS is struggling to stay alive. It feels like going to the DMV.

Friday they tried to deliver a packaged but I wasnt home so they tracking info said a notice was left. Get home and no notice left at all. Drive to post office and they tell me I can come back tomorrow to pick it up. I was worried they would try to deliver it when I need it early morning so I change the deliver method to post office pick up. Saturday comes and I go to the post office and the girl couldnt find my package, she looks for some guy and he tells me its on the carrier theres nothing we can do. It will be delivered today. I explain I changed it to pick up the night before and he said no it was changed to redeliver. Even though I have my email stating I choose pick up🙄. so I wait and wait and nothing. Its 1:45 and the place closes at 2. I go back and ask where my package is and the SAME guy who said its on the carrier tells me we have the package the girl couldnt find it. No. Dont blame this on her. She told me straight up she couldnt find it. You sir are the one who said it was on the carrier. Wasted 5 hrs of my time waiting for a package this idiot was too lazy to search for. Worst post office ever!!!!! And Ive been to plenty.

I work in a business location and we share a general mail box ours is #3. I received mail from other businesses and I kindly put a note saying wrong mail box. Today note on the ground and mail that is not ours still in box! Not my responsibility to walk to all the neighbors and give them their mail! Come Chino post office get it right!!!

If theres an option of NO star at all, thats what Im gonna put. HATE is a strong word, and i normally dont want to use it. But as of this moment, Im feeling more than that. Weve been in this new address and we already change our address online and such stuffs. BUT until now, we havent got any mail yet, (were informed by senders).... 2 paychecks for my husband, our 2015 W2s and stuffs i bought from eBay and other mails were expecting, NONE was delivered. What we were getting in our mailbox are mails for another apartment units. I tried to put a small note inside our mailbox with our Lastname and Unit# to help the delivery person sorting mails correctly, but what he did is removed it and put another mails for other apartment units/my neighbors. Tomorrow, i will see to it that Ill go for the last time in this post office and if nothing will i get from them, Ill contact the USPS Office of the Inspector General.

They need to train their employees. Yesterday they returned 3 packages because they were overpaid. Yes, package weighed 2.5 Lbs, and I paid postage for 3 lbs, and they decided to return them to the sender.Now I am left with angry customers and bad reviews.

I took the wrong road and parked at the back door of the post office. A white lady told me very warmly how to drive without U turn, going to the front door, which is very patient. The place was very clean and tidy. Every The staff who helped me today is Ms. Mei. She is very efficient and very good. My English is not good. She told me that she can speak Chinese, thank you very much. Dedication and professionalism, is a very beautiful professional lady, I like her very much, although she does not like to laugh. Very good post office, I give her a high score, neat, professional! The place was very clean and tidy. Every staff member was very professional and enthusiastic. The staff who helped me today is Ms. Mei. She is very efficient and very good. My English is not good. She told me that she can speak Chinese. Thank you very much. Dedication and professionalism, is a very temperamental lady, I like her very much, although she does not like to smile
