I called ahead, but no answer. When I showed up, a sign on their door said they were closed three days this week. Nothing was said of this on their answering machine message or updated on Google. It is so easy to let your (potential) clients know you are closed. It would have saved me the trip.

2 x $20 for live scan + government feesMy live scan was incomplete and had to re-do it. She wanted to charge me $25 for the re-do but she dropped it down to $20 because she wanted to give me a discount. I should not have to pay for the rolling fee again because she didnt complete her job and know that something would be missing. And this is an insult to injury as I went to her place previously to get this problem fixed to only find an affixed note on her door (at 945AM) to come back the next day because I have just missed her.
