I bought a VA2719-2K and within a 2.5 year period, it broke 3 times. It was replaced but I will soon be out of my warranty period and the fourth monitor i assume will also fail. This is disgusting, do not buy from this company.
Even my order was not ready for pickup. The staffs tried to help me as they can.
I purchased three of these monitors and after a few months one of them developed lines in the screen. I contacted support and they issues an RMA but after getting the email it said I had to pay for return shipping which was almost $40.Unfortunately the company would not pay for shipping and I was forced to pay 1/3 of the price of a new monitor to get a defective monitor replaced.This is unacceptable in this day and age where most products provide a return shipping label at no charge. To have to pay to replace a junk monitor they sold me is ridiculous.I have long been a Viewsonic only customer and as a computer technician always recommend their products but those days are gone, they will lose far more than the $40 it would have taken them to pay for the shipping costs they should have covered anyways.
