Jacob and his team are always going above and beyond. Get the coverages and warranties on everything to make your life easier. But when you decide againsts it (at your own risk) they will still do all they can.
Terrible customer service. One tech had me wait an hour so he could pull up a file, then some other guysnags up my laptop runs in the back says hes going to do a factory resetcomes back tells a guy number one hes not allowed to perform it. I would recommend trying a different location.

In the day and age of Amazon and not using brick and mortar stores, this Best Buy and Geek Squad are the exception. The entire store has been quite helpful. Ive had one bad experience and management took care of it quickly.
Dropped my camera in the ocean and was able to retrieve it, the geek squad told me the insurance wouldnt fix it because sumbermised isnt under coverage so they gave me some advice and I followed it and then it ended up giving me a replacement on a 1200 dollar camera they saved me.
Never had any issues with Geek Squad returns. Always attentive to my needs.

Terrible customer serviceThey never answerI was 45 min on the line and they transferred me and they transferred me and they did not solve anything.I absolutely do not recommend this place at all because of its lousy customer service or are of no use.
