You call and they hang up they supposedly don’t hear you

I always enjoy the customer service!! I would like to give a strong thank you to Karl and John for assisting me. You guys are both always professional and polite.

These people are very rude and left me stranded with a 5 month old. I watched the assistant manager Karl and his buddy Ronnie laugh at my situation. And the girl whom answers the phones Maggie tolde too bad take an uber. They are inconsiderate and evil. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

Great customer service from caliber but had issues with enterprize rent a car wont rent a car from them but was happy with Caliber Collision
