As someone whos worked in cabinets for 5 years and ran the customer service department I can say unequivocally cheap cabinets & HORRIBLE customer service. Mayland was the cabinet trade on a new construction home I purchased last year. The cabinets were terrible prior to the walk through and poorly repaired to get us to sign off for COE. I tagged the damage including paint drips, over spray on appliances, pin nails filled in with bland all but not seals, poor paint quality etc. and submitted a request for repairs. A technician came to my home, took the punch list I created (not a copy) and left saying the repairs were completed with my signature. I was out of town that day... how could I have signed? That evening I emailed Mayland stating that the technician took my copy of my punch list and made no repairs. I never received a response. Its now after the holidays so I again followed up with Mayland and was told that I signed off on the ticket and that the request was closed.Rude, unprofessional, poor quality cabinets. Isela should consider a new profession as customer service is not her strong suit.

Over all I had a very pleasant and welcoming experience with Mayland. They helped me within minutes of arriving and even helped me with the final touches to my kitchen. The staff is very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be refferring my friends and family here. My kitchen came out exactly like I wanted and I couldnt be more in love with it 😍👍.

Great Variety and Great People. Very helpful with a large selection of cabinetry and counter top. Quality is awesome and KCMA certified even better!! Definitely recommend Mayland. I love my Cabinets!

One of the best shops in town if your looking for cabinetry this is the place to go, all i had to do was pick the color, style and my choice of countertop & they took care of the rest . . . im so pleased with the outcome.

Amazing selection of semi custom cabinets, great quality.

Arrived at 4:15pm and was told they closed at 4pm and dont sell to the public or general contractors by woman turning the lights off to leave.
