I just wrote a review for MK Smith. I had issues with my last service.When I got the car back, the radiator fluid was low, there was a scratch/dent, tire pressure was low and an additive for the limited slip differential was not added.They fixed the car on the second try but I had to take time off from work while they painted the front quarter panel, added tire pressure, added radiated fluid and added the GM Additive.I was annoyed because I was asking for the special lube for the differential and my partner who made the appointment asked. The service writer and public relations manager said it was the responsibility of the customer to bring it up.GM has a service bulletin, service manual and owners manual asking for the GM Additive.They offered to fix there mistakes and that is why they got two stars instead of one.Im not sure I trust them with my vehicle.

MK Smith service representatives are the worst & this is not a 1st time. I have had horrible experiences calling this place multiple times to get service on my mothers vehicle.
