Got an appointment the next day for my dryer repair. The technician was excellent: he explained everything in detail so I could understand the problem and we could discuss the expense, he showed me the broken parts, and did a very thorough job. He went above and beyond kindness. Highly recommend!

Our refrigerator stopped working last night. Called them this morning and the tech came over right away to look at it. Was very courteous and informative letting us know that he wouldnt recommend repair. Greatly appreciate the honesty. Wouldnt hesitate to call him again in the future.

We asked for service to repair washer on Jan15, since the clothes are still wet after spinning.We agreed for a repair amount of $388 to replace a simple lid lock.When they installed the part after 2 weeks, they said there’s another part that’s broken like the belt and another part or something and I need to pay again for the work to be installed???? Now the washer can’t be used because the damage is not just the lid!Cost of new washer is $449 and I just have to buy a new one rather than dealing again with these guys..They’re not expert on what they do. It will not take you 2 weeks and more to repair this problem if you know what you’re doing..don’t recommend!

My dryer was making a very loud screechy sound, and it sounded like it was going to give out on me any day. I contacted K&L Appliance and Alexis answered the phone. She was very polite and informative and got someone out to me the same day. I dont remember my techs name, but he repaired my dryer on the first visit, was friendly, and the repair was reasonably priced. I highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Had an issue with my refrigerator’s water dispenser at my rental property. Called and spoke to Joslin to schedule an appointment and the Tech was able to diagnose and fix the issue w a frozen water line. The issue came back, Joslin was able to respond quickly and was able to resolve the issue. Overall, I’ve found my experience with KL Appliance Repair as a positive!
