Production manager accused me of moving cabinets that were to be reinstalled. In reality one of the techs was in a hurry to another job and wrapped them in 1 layer of plastic in the mud before a rainy weekend.

We had a leak in our kitchen and are insured by StateFarm. They connected me with this ServPro and I couldnt have been happier for how it worked out. Andrew Quezeda was our main contact and did an absolute great job. If I called he would answer or promptly return my call. He was informative and had great advice. He and his team kept our kitchen demo clean and handled it fast. Hopefully I dont need these services again soon, but if i did i would absolutely recommend this ServPro and the team they provided. Andrew even took into consideration the fact that we have little kids in the house and took their safety very seriously.

I have to say that I am very impress with this specific company n location and 3 of their employees. My unit had a problem with mold and Jake, Jesus, and Chris (production manager) took care of the problem. They kept me informed at all times of every single process that was done in my apt. If I didnt understand something, they would explain to me again in details. They were always on time. I have to say that the customer service of Chris, Jake and Jesus is and was impeccable. They do care about their customers needs and I can tell they enjoy and like their job very much. They treated my unit with respect and integrity. All 3 of them did an amazing job. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this specific company and location.

From the first visit from Alan, and the scheduling and monitoring by Production Manager Curtis Brogdon, through the work done by all the employees, the service was excellent. The workmen were so polite--Chris Cooper, Danny and Steve--and went out of their way to accommodate my hours and cause the least disturbance possible. They cleaned up and carefully replaced all of my furniture. I used the Hesperia/Apple Valley Branch of ServPro and I highly recommend them.
