Ive been using JS Heating & Air Conditioning for a long time now and have been satisfied for the most part. This time I was tremendously pleased as specialist showed me how the coils just above the furnace were so dirty. They were so dirty that with my eyes I could only see dirt, not the coils, so I asked him to clean them. Glad I found this company!!

Worst service EVER!!! 3 WEEKS NOW W/OUT AIR....FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THE MOTOR IN MY AIR CONDITIONER WAS BAD, HE CAME BACK AFTER A WEEK WITH A NEW MOTOR, UNIT BREAKS AGAIN THE NEXT DAY. A WEEK LATER HE FINALLY COMES BACK TO FIX IT. GUY GOES OUT TO HIS CAR AND SAYS HES GOING TO CALL HIS BOSS, HE LEAVES AND I DONT KNOW WHERE HE WENT AND HE STILL HASNT BEEN BACK THE FIRST TIME I CALLED AND SAID THAT IT BROKE THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT IN A FEW DAYS WHEN THAT DAY CAME THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AND I ASKED THEM WHY AND THEY SAID ITS BECAUSE I DIDNT CONFIRM IT SO THEN IT TOOK HIM ANOTHER WEEK TO COME OUT WHICH IS TODAY AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED.... IT DOESNT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO FIX AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT HAS SOMEBODY ELSE
