Steve has always provided the help Ive needed, updated my old computer, helped select the new one (and set it all up) and always returns my calls to answer my questions and walk me through whatever I need to do. He even gave me printed out instructions on running my crap cleaner, spybot, and malware programs!!Recommend him highly!
