Love this nail place. They are very caring and do a phenomenal job!! Tina is Amazing!! She can literally do any design to perfection. They are Awesome here. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOT A FULL SERVICE MANI/PEDI (more like a polish change).Edit response to owner: It is good that you decided to respond as now everyone can see how rude you are. I have never been interested in a free service. You can see the pictures for yourself. You correcting bad work is not giving away free services, nor does it mean that I want free service. Even if there wasnt a quality issue, your staff is rude. Furthermore, I was able to make an appointment (unlike what youve said). When I arrived for my appointment, your staff gave me an excuse about a mix up. No one officially refused service to me. Instead they told me lies (two separate times when I made an appointment). I only made another appointment to show that I was not attempting to get anything for free and would happily pay for good service. Your loss, not mine.I was excited to try this nail salon out as my Mother-in-law recommended it to me. I would not recommend getting any services here as you will pay regular market price for short end services.Had my manicure appointment with Crystal. She is friendly but rushes through. You do not get the full service of a typical gel manicure. Hands were not soaked to loosen the gel before removal. Instead, my nails were intensely filed to the point of feeling a burning sensation while she removed the gel. This method saved her time but is damaging to my nails. My cuticles were not thoroughly removed (again to save her time). Polishing was rushed like everything else so there is lumps and uneven spots or transparency (even with the 2 coats). Polish was mildly cleaned up so somewhat acceptable. During my appointment she didn’t seem to care that my Mother-in-law said good things and that I was happy to be there. I did appreciate the small talk however so I do believe she made an effort to be engaging with me in some way. She only spent 30min with me total and didn’t thank me or say see you again afterwards. The attitude here is turn and burn (get through as many people as possible).I normally tip $10 but tipped $4 for the manicure...and of course, no thank you for the tip (not that I blame her because $4 is pretty bad lol).The pedicure took about 40min. And only because the wrong color was applied at first. This was a rush job as well. Cuticles were definitely not fully removed. Paint was all over the place (similar to when your child has a go at painting their nails). I spoke up about it and he did clean it up a bit (not completely though) and there were lumps in the paint as well so it still didn’t look great. I did appreciate that the gentleman said thank you afterwards and he also thanked me for my tip as well. So there is that.When I went to pay, I wasn’t asked about my experience and nothing was said in way of “see you next time” ...note the lady charging me knew I was there for my first time and I told her that I was looking for a new place that I’d go to regularly.Overall no one seemed to care about me being a new customer and no one cared to make sure I would come back.Both the gel manicure and the pedicure services were more like polish change services that would cost you a lot less. Horrible.

Nails are good. Eyebrows not so much

I had a manicure and pedicure done, service was top shelf. The manicurist made some really good recommendations on how to grow my nails and picked out a very flattering color for my gel nails. The pedicure was very professional and done with care and precision. I will be going back for sure! The staff was very friendly as well!! 😘

Didnt have an appointment. Didnt need one, the salon was completely empty. While I was there one other client walked in. She was obviously a regular from their reactions and conversations. I had a gel manicure done. The lady doing my nails did 2 coats and thought that it was good enough, but it was still see through and you could see brush strokes. She applied a 3rd coat. Which did the trick, and made my nail color look even. The manicure itself was ok, nothing special. The gel was $25. Looking at them one day later, they dont look the greatest and I had to clean them up myself. In honesty, they werent even around the edges, and the paint job looked a little like a kid did it. I definitely wont go back, I want my nails to look nice, not cheap

Didnt have an appointment, but was seated almost immediately. I requested a manicure and 15 minute neck & shoulder massage.Both were excellent!I will be coming back here, hopefully weekly.

Not a great place. Used to be better. Its somewhat dirty and the staff is not very friendly. I went for a manicure and she actually left me with warm towels on my arms while she went to go pick up her son!! Towels got cold. RUDE! TINA!

I have been coming here for years, now I bring my teenage daughter as well. Lovely staff, nail work is fabulous.

I picked a red glitter gel nail polish they used a plain color for the first coat and then a very small amount of the red glitter for the second coat, the finished result was uneven.

Great customer service.

I ONLY HAD TO GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR TO POST. I HAD EYELASH EXTENSIONS BEFORE SO I KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT BUT I WOULD OF NEVER EXPECT TO GET MY EYES GLUED SHUT CAUSING EXCRUCIATING PAIN WHEN TINA HAD TO TEAR MY EYES OPENAND HAD THE NERVE TO BLAME MY EYESI WILL NEVER GO BACK
