I went in for a necklace as a gift to my girlfriend, Abigail greeted me and helped me through the whole process. She took the time to show me a variety of options and helped me pick the perfect necklaces with our kids initials. I was very particular on what I wanted and she drew a design up and showed it to me and I absolutely loved it. I gifted it to my girlfriend today and she absolutely loved it! I highly recommend Abigail to anyone looking to buy that perfect and special gift! Also the manager was very helpful I cant remember her name (sorry) they definitely helped me through the process as well as my other purchase that I will be presenting to my girlfriend soon! I reviewed this place 2 weeks ago but its not here..so here it goes again. I walked in the store not knowing what specific watch I wanted; just knew it had to have a classic look. The salesperson, Nathalie, walked over to me right away and asked if she could help me I explained to her what I was looking for, albeit a vague description. She was on it! She knew exactly what to show me. She showed me an awesome seiko automatic watch with a patent leather band. It took less than five minutes for from start to finish for me to buy that watch. Nathalie was very friendly and engaging. Excellent customer service!

I usually dont do reviews anymore but i had to. My fiance and I were going ring shopping and this was my first and last stop. Something told me to go here first and i am so glad that i did. Jestin, Jennifer, and Griselda were the ones to help us. They made me feel more of a friend than a customer. What I liked the most was how they made me laugh and smile. I am so happy that i was able to share my moment and happiness with them. They help us find the rings of our dreams. I never thought i would ever be able to get a ring so nice. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt of been able to get such a beautiful ring. Thank you again so much!!!

Buyer Beware! Daniels operates with a lack of integrity, and the employees lie! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!My husband purchased an expensive watch as a gift for me. The sale s lady told him that if it needed to be sized that I could bring it in and have it sized since I was not with him at the time.I took it in on a Friday and the salesman said the jeweler wasnt in that day, but they could have it ready on Monday. They were going to take off 1 link. I provided them with my name and phone number, he took the watch out of the original box and slipped it into a bag, and said well give you a call.Monday came and went.........no call....a week, no call....two weeks, no call. I finally just went doen there.I told the lady I had dropped off a watch and gave her my receipt, and asked is it ready yet? She looked in an drawer, flipped through a couple of receipts and said no. She said our jeweler had an accident and has not worked on it. It will be ready tomorrow and to come back. I said in that case Ill just take it then. So she fumbled in the drawer sliding things around, and says the jeweler has it in his box. I said, ok I dropped this watch off 2 weeks ago, If its not done, Ill take it, no big deal. She said she didnt know when hed be in and to come back tomorrow and it will be ready. By this point, I am seriously frustrated.....she fumbles around sliding things back and forth in the drawer and pulls out a loose watch with no paperwork and not in a plastic bag, is this your watch? Now, Im livid! My watch was in this drawer the whole time, the drawer wasnt very deep or wide.I told her yes that was the watch I dropped off, and asked why she had to repeated lie to me? Was she planning to keep it for herself? Why was it not in any protective packaging and just in the drawer getting scratched up? Wheres the invoice? Very UNPROFESSIONAL! She then proceeded to charge me $10, for work that had not been done. Wheres the link that was supposedly removed? No one told me there would be a charge! No one told my husband when he purchased the watch that there will be a charge!Highly frustrated, angry, deceived, I paid the $10 so I could get my watch. Which was not resized! I was charged $10 for nothing!When buying Jewelery, ALWAYS go somewhere reputable! Daniels is far from that!

Daniel Jewelers was extremely unprofessional at the shoppes. We purchased 2 bulova watches. During signing for warranty of the watch she spoke constantly ot insurance and would say sign here. We never asked for sizing. The girl began it automatically. Makes you think it is how they operate to void a return. This was done while they were talking casually. We were not given the right boxes for the watches. In fact we began to walk out of the store when the one girl called to the other saying girl you didnt even give the boxes for the watches. Im extremely upset in the lack of professional behavior and having the right boxes and all for such a purchase. We were gonna return one of them and then found this out. Irate...absolutely. they are shady as hell and I believe they size quickly on purpose. I highly advise that should you decide to purchase do NOT allow them to size until for sure you are happy and know their markup is nuts! I found the same watch for 417 at macys. Their sale price was 764 for the same. If referred to call their customer svc lady you should know that even with multiple calls she doesnt return your call as she states on her voicemail. Very unprofessional. I recommend you think twice before purchasing from them. We definitely will never purchase again from them especially with their extreme markup Macys currently has the same watch now for 259
