I LOVE my hair!!! Best hair color and service I have had! I came to Annette because I really liked the way she did my friends hair. I was tired of the way my hair was looking and wanted a fresh change that would work for my concerns. Annette had that perfect blend of assertiveness and listening to what I wanted, recommending what she thought would be good for my hair, gave me an awesome scalp massage in the shampoo bowl, and had great conversation. The coffee they gave me was delicious. And best of all, Annette exceeded my expectations and my hair looks AMAZING!

I saw Annette for a consultation on my hair for extensions and she is amazing! Her personality was immediately the 1st thing we noticed and that my story of my previous experience with 2 other stylists she was very sympathetic and was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and I have an appointment with her next Friday and Im elated! It was my first visit to Giovanni’s salon, and let’s just say that I found my new salon! I absolutely loved everything about my experience. The time that was taken while applying the dye, the wonderful hair wash, the very specific tailored cut, and then the beautiful blow dry! Letty and her assistant are amazing, and the staff seem very dedicated and you can see that they all have passion for what they do. Thank you for making me feel very special!

Karla is a perfectionist, and the end result proves it. Friendly, attentive to detail and what I was looking for. I am very happy with the color, highlights, cut, and style. She found solutions to my hair problems that no one else has. Pricey, but worth it. I will be back.

First time and unfortunately the last. Eileen was great at first, seemed to listen and understand all my requests. Until my face framing curtain bangs were seriously botched. I have a deep cut of about 1/3 of my whole front right hair side gone. The owner Letty stepped in and made some adjustments to my back layers by blending the cuts into the front layers; she and I felt like it was necessary in order to correct such a heavy cut. Yet I can not lie, I was so nervous to be in that chair. I ultimately was offered a discount to go back, but I wouldnt be able to. Eileen first quoted me $44 bucks and the owner then proceeded to charge me $48. I was so nervous to just leave that I couldnt argue the price. I just unfortunately would not be able to recommend a place like this as i now have to now wait to grow out my hair and repair the huge gaps I was left with.

Called to see if they accept walk ins. The receptionist informed me, usually only by appointments but they had a last minute cancellation. I jumped on it. Sandy was the hairstylist that took care of me! I told her I wanted to keep my length, fame my face more, and try out curtain bangs! She did exactly what I asked for, no unnecessary add ons.I was sold on the hair wash and massage! It was the best and most relaxing! I also appreciate her patience with my hair, I have a lot of it and can be so hard and time consuming to style. She did an amazing job!So many compliments after one day and already recommended a co worker! I will definitely be going back!

I had a haircut in Balayage with Debra. She is the absolute best! She’s been in the business for many years and really knows her stuff! The salon itself is very clean very inviting. They offered me some fresh hot coffee, and made me feel at home. I’ve been hopping around to different salons for the last three years. I finally found my hair salon home! Thank you Giovanni‘s!

This place has multiple trainees. Trainee made me BALD. Its visible and embarrassing. Owner/Manager offered me to fix hair, not sure if she knows hair weaving in salon. In exchange, I offered her to cut her hair by same trainee. She told me have a good day and hung up the phone. I was shocked. How can in the world you give customer to cut hair by trainee and manager/owner refuse to do it. Place is scam, be aware. I doubt about below fake reviews.

Great Salon. Deborah did my hair today and I have not had a hair cut in over 1 year. She was very accepting of my covid concerns, and she wore a mask the whole time and gave me a fantastic Hair cut. She was also very nice and accommodated my time schedule.The place a whole bunch of hair products and is extremely clean and looks really professional and classy.Thx so much for taking care of my hair today!

I experienced a terrible hair color service with another business. My hair was damaged so bad I literally was walked out with tears. I couldnt believe my once thick long hair was half its thickness and now up to about my shoulders. I was devastated. I waited 4 months. In these 4 months I was going crazy with every home repair remedy and hair products to try and save my hair from completely falling off or having to buzz it all off. Thank God, my hair responded well to the fixes, but still looked horrible. Color was orange-ish brown-ish and most of my hair was still shorter than other parts because of what the bleach broke off. I went on google and searched best hair salons near me. Giovannis came up along with about 20 other businesses. I decided on Giovannis because of the reviews. I was asked to send a picture of what I currently had and a picture of what I wanted to achieve. Which I did. I was quoted around 400 and will take about 5 hours. Which I agreed to along with the $50 deposit. The lady told me we can give you a firm price once we see your hair physically. When I got there, I asked the stylist after she thoroughly examined my hair what the service was going to cost me. I told her I was quoted around 400 her response was uuummm around there but your hair is more damaged than what I saw in the picture. Its going to be a lot of work. A lot of work. After that I didnt ask for the price again and wasnt given one by the staff. It wasnt until 9 hours (9am-6:00pm) later when the stylist went to speak with the owner and the owner came to speak with me, not the stylist. She told me it would be 550 not 400. mind you, I was there going on 9 hours then mid-way through blow-drying my hair, I was asked if I could WAIT because another client was having a hissy fit about some miscommunication on their end. The client that was OBVIOUSLY upset was there for about 2.50 hours MAX and I was asked to wait after being there since 9:10am. When you pay so much money you at the very least expect professionalism, common courtesy and communication. The client that was upset was due to communication and I can understand why. At that point I knew I was going to have to continue my search for a good hair salon. Giovannis needs to train their staff better. Super smiley and extra talkative to the right shade of color. Did not feel welcomed or comfortable.

I have just had the BEST hair cut of my life! I will be coming to Sonia forever, she is truly an artist at what she does. I really needed cheering up with the pandemic and all, this was exactly the ticket!If you get the chance go to Giovanni’s, they also gave me a great deal on the price.😁

I wanted to get a short haircut for the longest time but I was told it was very difficult to do with thick hair but Ayline was able to get it styled in a way that I love and was manageable.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. They refer to specific stylists.Lack of respect from front staff/owner. After my first cut and color, they cancelled two of my appointments the day of and refused to reschedule within reasonable time with any other stylist (2 months booked out was told). Dirty floors, bathroom, and windows...makes you wonder what else is dirty. When concerns were brought up to owner, was told it was not her problem, refused to do anything, and lost her temper. Why the animosity over running a simple business?Save yourself the trouble and find another salon - anywhere else. Sad for the few stylists who/rent a chair there. DO BETTER AS HUMAN BEINGS AND A BUSINESS OWNER. This business will deservingly be closed permanently.A response by the owner will say this is all untrue instead of addressing the issues and apologizing - only harming her credibility worse.

All staff members are wearing masks, which is great, because this means they prioritize their customer’s and co-worker’s health. I get my eyebrows waxed here, and they do them wonderfully (done by Evelyn today). One of my relative’s also gets her hair done here, and she says that the color comes out exactly the way she wants it every time (done by Letty today). I definitely recommend this salon!9/17/20

Ask for Jakki. Since moving to US from Australia have struggled to find someone who did my colour and cut the way I liked it. Ive tried four hairdressers over the past two years. Theyve broken my hair, made it go orange and sadly just didnt get it right. Love my new hair. Jakki listened, had great ideas and I love the result. Awesome price too!!

Went in last month to get my hair styled, colored, and trimmed for a business event I was attending the next day. Stephanie was able to see me at a short notice and did an AMAZING job fixing my at home bleach job I failed at. She took her time and was super through and was also really fun to talk to. For everything they did (color, layering, toning, styling) it was super adorable too. Im going to keep seeing her for all my hair needs! Shes also really knowledgeable in younger hair styles (like pink hair) which Im likely doing next ;)

After six months of not doing my hair, I decided to go get my hair done for my court wedding. My stylist was upset and took it out on my hair/head. I can take a lot of tugging and pulling but she kept banging my head with the hair tools. I regret not getting up and walking out. She curled my hair at the end so I didn’t notice that the last layer she did is completely off. The front of my hair is longer than the back, it’s suppose to be a V cut...... If you value your hair please don’t ever go here. I left with a horrible headache from all the pulling and banging. Horrible experience!

Nicole has been cutting my hair now for about a year, and I just love her. She always takes time to ask what worked from last time and what didn’t. She listens and remembers how I like things and knows how to get my hair to cooperate! She is patient and manages to fix my cut when I might have trimmed it a little in between appointments...She also gives a very relaxing head massage when she shampoos my hair, and styles my hair just right so that I feel great when she is done. As a bonus, I just enjoy talking with her while she’s working. The staff is always friendly too. They’ll get you something to drink while you’re waiting, and they make you feel welcome. Giovanni’s is clean and professional but not stuffy, which I appreciate. My husband gets his hair cut there regularly too.

Stephanie was FAB! She came up with a totally different style and color for me. I love it. P.S. they follow ALL the safety procedures and protocols required. Very comfortable and inviting environment.

I was a Friday late afternoon walk-in client hoping to have my hair washed/styled last minute. Im grateful Stephanie was available; she did an amazing job. Wonderful scalp massage with shampoo/conditioner, and gave me a great style that lasted for my weekend away. She was easy to talk to and she was careful to know what I wanted. Paid for blonde balayage, ended up with grey chunky, spotty highlights. Cut was ok and the ladies were lovely, but not recommended for hair color.

I had a great experience, got exactly what I wanted, they are also very Autism friendly. I was so comfortable and relaxed the whole time, Cindy is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and gave me an awesome cut! My daughter was running around totally restless and they where so understanding about it and even gave her a cookie. My son wanted a better haircut than what hed been getting, so he started looking around and comparing reviews. One place stood out from the others, with over 150 Five Star reviews, with the only other 2 reviews having 4 Stars! They accommodate morning, afternoon and evening people, and when I called to make an appointment, they had one open at 6 pm, exactly what he needed! When we got there, they rolled out the Red Carpet! Beverages were offered along with cookies, if desired. We were 15 minutes early, but Sonia, his assigned hairdresser, was ready for him. She did an awesome job! In the past, his main concern has been the hair cut shorter than requested, but no worries this time! She cut it perfectly!! Wondering about price?? They are competitive with the chains and have their prices posted on their website! My son wont go anywhere else now!! He Cosplays often, and good hair is critical, along with good product, which they carry quite a selection of!! Id give them 10 🌟s if I could!!!

This has been my second time at Giovannis and I had Danniey again because she had done my hair last time. I was amazed the first time and even more amazed the second time! Recently moved to Chino Hills and needed to get my hair trimmed. Asked for recommendations and was told to go to Giovannis, made a appointment. I was pleasantly greeted and offered something to drink. Didnt even wait 5 minutes and off I went with Adrian. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she did it!!! Beyond pleased. My go to place.

My stylist Dani was very knowledgeable and professional. I was a little skeptical about the salon because it looks dated and some of the stylist, one in particular looked very unfriendly and dressed like she just rolled out of bed.Needless to say, my stylist Dani did an amazing job on my hair. She has a great personality and was up on the trends! So thankful I got her!!!

Wanted to get beach waves. Stephanie took 1.5hr to blow-dry. Overheated and burned a lot of my hair with her poor styling technique. She didnt even know how to do waves. Terrible job. Lost 50$ for ruining my hair, let alone styling it. I can do a better job at home myself!

I had spent 3 months meticulously researching where and who I wanted to do my hair and I am glad I came across Ashley at Giovannis Salon! My name is Adriana, I decided to go to Giovannis for all the good reviews. I wanted to go silver for a while, I had done highlight before and I new it was going to cause some damage, wich I was ok with. However, the new girl burn my hair. I decided to go short and one of the hair stylist over did it. I left the salon ok thinking they did a good job. The next day I woke up with very freezy hair and my hair style looked like a cow had chowed my hair. I said ok, let me wash my hair with the products they recommend and my hair was falling off. I could not even brush my hair. 300 dollars later, I did not get the color I wanted and end up with a horrible hair cut. Im so mad because the red in my scalp is not going away. If you decide to go, please ask as many questions as possible.

Trust is a must! Ive been doing my own hair as I am a hairstylist for 34 years. This was my 1st time completely trusting someone else to do my hair because my arthritis has gotten the best of me. I saw giovanis website, and felt a gut feeling that this feels right for me. I felt very at ease when entering, and everyone felt genuinely nice and friendly (no snobby fake smiles here). My stylist Janine so calmly asked what I wanted, and offered suggestions. We agreed and I felt complete trust that I was going to get exactly what we talked about. Meanwhile, I observed the salon...beautiful decor, the owner checked in to say hello, letty was so nice! I was amazed to see every customer walk out with stunning results! Little pricey... $45 to cut my hair (which includes hair wash/ blow dry), I used to get it $30 at another place but since I moved, this is the only place that does the same but only $15 more.
