From the time I walked into the office, I was greeted by the receptionist while she was assisting another patient. The office had a very nice appeal to it with homey furniture & paintings.I was treated very professionally and courteously as I was introduced to the X-Ray technician. She was gentle with her approach & efficient.The manager, Misty, greeted me and she set up the photos on the computer screen in a very streamlined manner. Dr K was very pleasant & knowledgeable as we discussed treatments for my teeth.I

I am so very happy and quite satisfied with my new lower teeth!!! Being a new denture wearer I was really kind of upset when I first received them. I explained to my dentist what my concerns were and it took just a few visits but Dr Shaw did a fantastic delivery!!! There may only be one or two visits for minor adjustments but that’s alright!!!! I am a very happy camper!! The staff at Select Smiles Chino Hills are the best!!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

I was very nervous coming into this appointment, just because it’s been so long. But everyone here was so welcoming and nice. Right away I felt at ease, and they answered all my questions. Very pleased with my first visit.

I came into the office frightened because of a past family issue with the Dentist, to say the least I was worried for nothing. I didnt even feel the numbing of my gums ...... it maybe took 40 min in total I am very pleased. The staff was very comforting and reassuring. Yesterday was my first visit to Smile Select Dentistry in Chino Hills. I’ve been looking for a new dental provider home for sometime. Immediate note: the office is easy to locate, the optics of the office were very good, the staff were very professional and helpful. Visit notables were Jen who made taking x-rays and teeth cleaning an enjoyable experience, Dr. PK who was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. Lastly, facility manager Misty was also very professional, personable, informative and made the experience very good and convinced me that I have a new home for all of my dental needs. This place is really amazing. My husband was starting to feel some pain due to his impacted wisdom tooth and his scheduled consultation with our dental provider was a week away. He woke up in tremendous pain and I looked up 24 hour emergency dental service and was direct to Smile Select.They were able to schedule an appointment and an extraction within 24 hours from our first call. The provider was completely booked and took my husband in as a walk in emergency case. I can honestly say from the receptionist to the provider, EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Excellence ! Over 10 yes ago I had an implant to this day every Dentist I have seen, “what an excellent job was made”I had recently had to return since I chipped a veneer and having many choices out there, I chose to return to the best there is!

I’ve finally found an awesome dentist here in Chino Hills! Dr. Kansagra and his dental team was extremely thorough in taking my x-rays, photos and deep cleaning of my teeth. I came based off a referral after my prior dentist did such a poor job, and I’m glad I did. I came for a basic hygiene clean, and from this found that I needed 3 fillings (identified using pictures) and a recent cap (put on by the previous dentist) was in the wrong position. I’d never have known if I had gone somewhere else. They’re all about preventive care and didn’t try to squeeze my pockets dry. So happy to have found a great team of dentists! Thanks Dr. Kansagra!

Doctor K is great! He is honest in his assessments and is not there to charge you for services you dont need. The dental hygienist are always pleasant and responsive. They have a wide selection of appointment times and days. Late appointments are available for those that need it. I recommend smile select if your looking for another dentist. I use the one in Chino hills. Enough said! Go there.

Everybody was very friendly and my appointment was on time. My dentist explained all the procedures that were going to take place. I was informed that my appointment was going to take four hours, but it only took 2, boy was that was a great relief for me. I would highly recommend this office in Chino Hills.

They also explain your procedure in detail so that you understand what is being done and if a charge is needed they let you know in advance. Office as well is very clean.

The doctors are good the staff does not follow up or explain the protocol for waiting in your car until there ready. The staff seems more concerned with talking with their co-workers. Been there a few times they were nice when I had insurance but once I didnt have insurance would NOT give me a break and over charged me. Was also given untrue information numerous times, saying I can use what I paid towards any procedure. They did not honor that and they kept changing there rules. Was shocked the way they treated me. Went to another new dentist and he helped me and gave me a break with full x-rays and treated me well. Its too bad Smile Select Dental wouldnt help me they are more concerned with making money not treating the patient.

I rarely leave reviews, however I couldnt be more pleased with this company.Consultation visit in West Covina office-Checked temperature before entering. No-touch hand wash. James was very helpful. Quote for implant was less than half of what I was quoted at a La Canada dentist. I was approved for 12 month- 0% financing in less than 10 minutes. 👍😃Extraction/implant visit in Chino Hills office-Same Covid precautions. Dr. Kasagra knows his trade. True professional. Pain free, and amazingly fast. I couldnt be more impressed. Now I just need to wait 6 months for the final process. Ill be sure to update this review with final results!

The Doctors are fantastic, although staff does not follow up with return phone calls, and when they are required to call you regarding recommended procedure, they do not call, it is sad that whoever is working front desk and phones can really impact the Doctors in spite how good there work was. I would not recommend this office if you have real dental issues, only if you can afford cosmetic and have good fiances

So, the Dental Assistant was prepping me for my implant surgery...turned on Pandora music and asked me what music I wanted to listen to during the surgery...what?! Who does that? Smile Select does! Then, about 20 minutes in, Doc was done!! No bloody gauze filled mouth! Extremely pleased w/their work and great customer service.
