Service is great. But….you need to know what you are buying and be clear about what you are getting with the attendant before the car go through the machine. We paid for a package that comes with the liquid wax but they substitute that with armor all the interior instead. We thought we were getting both for the price. Communication needs to be clear from the beginning. Never assume. Wonderful place tho. Professional. 👍

They did a terrible job. The indoor side window were not cleaned, the dash and console were not wiped down, the door panels were not cleaned, they did not vacuum the second or third row or the mats, they did not empty the trash, they did not clean side boards, they did not wipe down the arm rests.It was my first visit there and it will be my last. They were slow so I assumed they were doing a complete job but they did not. I was not the only unhappy person. I asked them to clean the window while I emptied my own trash, they wiped it with a dirty rag no spray even. I cleaned the rest myself. I never leave bad comments but this place was terrible and a waste of 25.00.

I had a weird stain on my windshield that wouldnt wash out so I came here, these guys had trouble with it at first, but they were determined and left my car spotless.

This would have been a good wash if I had paid the $14 or $20 for just manager’s special.My interior needed some work. I asked the guy I have a lot of dirt in-between the seats and need a really good job. He recommended the $60 dollar detail with leather treatment.As you can see decent job but nothing near any “detail” was taken. It was a fast job, I think they push their guys to get them in and out fast. Lots of crumbs and dirt on the mats in the crevices and spots missed. Okay if this was a basic wash... but for detailed jobs better off hiring a mobile personal service.I even had a coupon which apparently doesn’t work on details... though a detail cost more than the specials..Ce la vie

So it says there is a discount $2 or $3 dollars off on Wednesday, so I always go on Wednesday, when I walked in, there was no other customer, just a girl the cashier, she was flirting with a guy, not sure if the guy works there or a customer, after I paid when the i looked at the receipt the girl charged me regular price, I said today is Wednesday, shouldn’t I get a discount? The girl said you should have told me in the beginning, not everybody knows about it, and refused to give me back the difference, I said I waited to come on Wednesday, she said well next time you should tell me ahead, but still refused to give me back the different! Very dishonest business and I am very disappointed, I have been there a few times, but this will be my LAST time! Guys, Go somewhere else with better customer service !

For a $16 carwash they leave some spots and bird debri in some spots but overall not bad .. weekends are very busy and at times you could be waiting sometime to get your vehicle done.

Just came back from this place and everything was great until I got home and saw all the smears and dirt that didnt get washed off on the tailgate of my 4 runner Besides that the truck was nice and clean. And I paid for the 24$ +5$ for being a truck, hand wash for the same reason that I dont want the machine missing any spots.

Pulled in, sat there waiting, after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged at all, 2 other cars pull in and got serviced right away, I was planning to purchase a pretty expensive wash too but I left and ill never go back again. I usually get washed a detailed once a week or every other week too, they would have made some really good money off me. They need to work on their customer service.

I took my fairly new vehicle madza 3 2020 to the car wash for a first time wax job. Little over priced. After my wax job I was pulled to the side by the manager only for him to tell me they damaged my front bumper using their waxing machine. My soul was crushed because its a new car for goodness sake and I trusted they were professionals. He advised he would take full responsibility to repair the damaged area. He provided me with auto body shop(Rising Star collision auto body) info to handle my damages. They did an excellent job with damaged area 👏 That was my first time going to this location. Im not knocking the business but make sure you get professionally work done elsewhere if needed.

Horrible every time. This was the last straw. They lost my key, looked for it for ten minutes, blamed me, they found it where the guy left it. In the car. The ladies inside were nice at least. At the end, I was informed that they left my window open, and the inside of my car got thuroughly wet. Both front seats soaked. The guy at the end said he gave me armor all for my tires for free for the inconvenience. Uh ya, that is supposed to be standard for every car wash. The outside of my car was still dirty. Too much to correct the guy on. Just addressed a few things and left.

Paid $45 for a car wash and spray wax. Brand new car. Interior only needed a light touch up. Adhesive left on window on windshield from dealership stickers. Wiped off easily at home. Car hardly needed a vacuum, but it looked like they did not do it at all. Dusty footprints were still on the floormats. I literally brushed them with my hand and they disappeared. So, I doubt a vacuum came near them. I watched the whole time and the top of my car was barely touched and the spray wax was barely sprayed on the top.If someone brings you a mostly clean car, that doesnt mean you should skip out on doing the bare minimum. I will not be returning.The 2 stars are only because the employees were nice.

Asked for an exterior only wash. Got to my truck and they had unlocked the topper on the bed and then denied it. The locking mechanism was in the up position and they wanted me to believe that the brushes did it..... please. There was still grease on the fender and the manager tried to say it was a chip but he had just smeared it with his finger. Then he wanted to convince me that was what an exterior was wash just a rinse. You’d be better off leaving your car dirty.

This place has become a rip-off. I have been coming here for over 20 years and just recently it seems to have changed ownership. It was 100% hand wash and there was no question what that would cost. Today a hand wash according to their sign will cost you $24.99 unless you have a truck or SUV. Then you will be surprised with an extra charge of their choice. The sign just says trucks SUVs extra. That typically means a couple bucks. These crooks will take you for up to $6 without disclosing it to you before they start.

My 1st time here; giving them a chance in spite of reviews...for $40 it was a piss poor carwash, although they were nice...I should not have even tipped 20%...I should have checked before driving off to have them go over what they needed to. I even specified the crevice on side of seats :( ... tires should have been detailed POOR JOB...I took a wet napkin to it & cleaned more of the ri.s POOR JOB....even the vacuuming of interior POOR/FAIL GRADE for the job....it appears the rags they used left lint particles in exterior & on exterior. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Much better than the car wash I used to go to. They told me the wait would be 40-45 minutes but it was really about 25 minutes. It was definitely worth the wait though.

Great place to take your car

I paid $30. for a RUSHED wash. And they didnt even clean the cup holders in the Maserati. They praised your car wash & l was highly disappointed.

These guys do a great job. Fast, and yet still clean. They get every nook and cranny of the inside. The staff here is always accommodating and very nice. If I ever have a problem they always try and resolve it as fast as they can. Nothing bad to say about this place

This place has great customer service and workers that get your car done as soon as possible. This location is perfect because it is near an auto repair and food locations. For your wait they have Netflix for the kids and snack in case you want something to munch on. Their bathrooms have not key or pad lock so its easy to use because you dont have to go to the desk to ask to use it. They have plenty of comfortable sets to sit and wait. They also have guest wifi (with a password) (but that just means it wont be slow) and they have outlets you can freely use to charge your electrical devices. They also have sections to buy phone accessories, toys, and car essentials and accessories.

Paid for the works but the job was half done. When I questioned them they insisted on them doing the work they promised. Didnt have time to sit and argue since I was in a hurry but not going back to this place.

This place is probably the worst carwash in Chino Hills. I use to frequently go to this carwash until a couple of things happen. First, they sprayed the car with a cheap interior car scent, which I had clearly ask not to apply anything for allergy reasons. The second occurrence was that they changed my radio station and put loud Spanish music. I thought no big deal, but last weekend was the last draw, they didnt do the trunk of my CRV ( which they will charge you as a full size SUV even though is a small end SUV) and left Cheerios under the car seats. I would expect better service if I am paying close to $20 for a regular car wash. Oh yeah and they will use dirty rags to clean your dashboard screen which will leave small scratches all over permanently. Not coming back to this place. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Stay away!!!

The new owner ruined it!I have been going here since it opened. I would buy the coupon book and get my card stamped. My cars and trucks never got their paint removed by the brushes used in most car washes. The paint on my vehicles still looks new.No more coupon books, which is just as well since I wont be going there. No more hand washes, which definitely means I wont be going there. I feel bad for the employees that were laid off.No more Bravo Burger food while waiting for car.

Ive been coming here for a long time but lately Ive caught on to how they always have different people charging. I always get the spray wax and some guys tell me mats are included with the wax and wash. Others tell me I have to pay for everything separately. And on top of that their prices always vary. Sometimes I pay $30-$40 other times $50-$60. Low key they are scamming people. If rather drive 2 second more and go to Speedway which has better prices.

This was the 2nd time I came to this car wash and even though I promised myself to not to come back, I did...because its so close to where I live and my car was a mess. And Im glad I came back! The man who cleaned my car today was EDDIE and boy did he do a GREAT JOB!! Even gave me a couple of tips how to get rid of my scratches. Thank you, Eddie!! Ill be back! ...oh, and the ladies at the check out are super sweet!! :-)

My wife takes her van there often. Because her business is close by she drops her van off and picks it up after a few hours.She always gets the managers special $19.99 . Today when she got her van the tires werent done and the air freshener not done. She told the manger / owner he asked for a receipt which she and handed to the guy when she picked up the the van. The manager / owner treated her like she was lying. Worst customer service ever. We will NEVER go back.

One of the employees accidentally rolled my window down before the wash. My whole driver seat got wet. They claimed that I rolled the window down and now I have a huge stain on my seat. If you have light seats they will get them dirty! I also had dirt marks on my seats in the back. They didnt even vacuum my trunk. Brand new car only had it a month. Very disappointing.

Ok... the final person left water spots on my mirrors and like an oil substance was on his cloth that he used to wipe down the glass surfaces instead of an ammonia type base to cut grease and oil so, it left an icky residue with lint.
