I havent had to use a cab for years but they were very professional. The dispatcher was friendly and they showed up a little early which was very nice. The driver was a very nice young lady. She treated me with kindness and I really enjoyed riding with her to my destination. If you need a ride I recommend Chillicothe Cab.

Company gets busy. So schedule rides ahead. Besides that had no issues getting where I needed to go on time. Great drivers.

One of the worst taxi services ever and Ive lived in Columbus, Toledo, Colorado Springs, Oakland and multiple other cities... I Have used multiple times was told my wait would be 15mins which actually turned into over 3 hours on 2 occasions and multiple phone calls reminding them I needed a cab.. And dont ever call around 5pm during their shift change because you wont get a ride at all or even a call back... I honestly wish there was Uber or Lyft in Chillicothe because I would much rather use them... Your better off trying to find a ride from someone or walking than relying on this Cab company for anything

The most unprofessional business in Chillicothe by far. I’ve used them for a few weeks and they are always late. Sometimes they do not show up without even letting you know. DO NOT use Chillicothe Cab if you need to be somewhere on time because they are severely understaffed and will not come to pick you up when you need them.

Most incompetent cab service I have ever tried to uses. They will always screw you. They are not reliable I cant stand them. Use Tonys screw them

Driver ws awesome the fare was high in my opinion

Get this, I am a route delivery driver. I needed to get to the Do it best to pickup a rental truck because my truck broke down. The dispatch says they would pick me up between 4:30 and 5. I call them at 5:15 the say the cab driver is getting in the car heading my way. They never showed up.

My car wasnt driveable so was in need of ride but was gonna be like 2hr wait

I had my car break down right before I was supposed to pick up a family member. I couldnt reach anyone else to help, so I thought of the cab company. I sent them to my family member, and they were able to pick them up quickly and safely! They didnt charge much either . Id recommend!

Rude rude rude!!!! Rude Dispatch!!!!!! The conversation with dispatch went downhill rather fast. George and Tabby are amazingly wonderful. Tabbys grand daughter is my 3rd cousin. Tabby is a truly nice lady and a Christian woman and George is a very kind Christian ✝️ the dispatch is just as rude as Chillicothe transit. !!!!!!!!!! It is a shame I dont have Tabbys direct cell phone number!

I had called them to pick me up and after waiting for 45 minutes I called them to make sure they were on there way, they said they were close. After about an hour I call again and they say my address doesnt exist so I say Ill meet them at the McDonalds down the street and then after a couple more hours my buddy came and picked me up. Terrible place dont use them!!!

I called was told 40 minutes she would be there and it turned out to 4 hrs I waited to leave the hospital.

I was told I would be picked up in about a hour its been 2 hours, they want answer phone. To cancel ride.place I need to go to all ready closed.

They are always late theres only been one time that they was ever on time you can call schedule a pick-up time theyll be late say they had to run here run there but if you need to stop anywhere else once they pick you up they say oh we cant we have a scheduled pick up time we have to be there really sucks its the only taxi place in town

The woman i spoke to was so rude and disrespectful!!. A customer is always right. You cannot cuss and be rude to your customers, mostly when your customers try to keep you calm because you are throwing a fit for absolutely nothing!. Worst service. Car smelled of cigarettes so bad that when i got out it was on my clothes. The driver was ok. I could give zero stars if there was that option

Have been pretty quick for pickup and friendly except for one driver kind of heavy set lady shes always very rude and like somebody else said on her phone a lot yelling and cussing at her kids. Im pretty sure she overcharges you to for her own pocket to, she always seems to be more expensive!

Service is fineBut because theyre the only game in town, they can charge what they want.And its higher than it would be if there was competition.Twice what it should be.

Joke of a service. cant leave msg. Ill b there in 15 min = 45 min. Nice folks, but not reliable. They r lucky 2 still work. Competition will fix. Uber baby.......adios chilli cab. U no call back. I cant leave msg. All on your time on my dime. Unreliable service. Ive taken them over 20 times. They just lie.

I think we are like 9 for 10, that 1 time I couldnt wait and literally just ran off (obviously canceling my cab 1st). I think they offer a pretty good service, I call them up out of the blue, they say 30 minute (sometimes less or more) and they are around the quoted time. But lets be honest, beggars cant be choosers. I see other reviews that may misquote this service some from my perspective, Im like 9 for 10, and that 1, I wanted them to drive to a bunch of places and wait outside, and it was going to take forever, it was a busy rainy day, and they did put priority on a whole bunch of customers than me being needy that one day, and I was a bit needy that day, they would of showed up, but I really had allot of things to do, and considering the wait time outside everywhere, it probably worked out for me to just start moving my feet. I do tip, and that could theoretically improve my service with them. I say give them a call, theyll probably be by in 15 - 45 minutes, and Ill tell you when I randomly call up out of nowhere, and they show up in 20 minutes, Im pretty satisfied...

If i could give less than one star, I would. They told me one price then charged $20 more than promised. And that was after they showed up over 30 minutes later than they said they would. Please do not give them any business; they do NOT deserve it. I am absolutely livid over my experience with them.

If i could give a negative 100 stars i would. I called for someone today that was in a wheelchair and they said they would not come get her if she didnt have someone help her in the van and to fold her wheelchair. So I took a moment from my job to help this elderly lady with one leg into their van. How despicable.

The best cab service by far

Put rig in shop. Pages 115.00 cash. Cab picked me up took me to columbus. Payed, then forgot my laptop in cab. Called back, agreed to pay 50.00 for him to return after 10 min. Being gone. 2 hours later he never showed, chillicothe cab said he did come back to return laptop but I pulled a gun on him and got violent so he kept it and returned back to chillicothe. ...Im a business man and no history of this. ....by the way my laptop was left in my truck. Pieces of low lifes at this company DONT USE THESE PEOPLE BEWARE !!!!

Terrible service. They picked me up in a van with the brakes scraping. Took me to McDonalds the brakes were so bad that they had to leave me at McDonalds and call another driver to pick me up. I was stuck at McDonalds for 45 mins. All the while I was calling the office and was reassured the driver would be there any minute. I will never use this cab company again! Call Tonys taxi they have to be better than this bs.

Ive used this company for YEARS. But There is one driver that is rude always on her phone yelling at her kids and that overcharges every time. I asked her how a 1-mile round trip with one stop was $18 when any other driver any other time it would be $12? I was calm when I asked and told her I would be contacting the manager. She claims I flipped out on her which anyone that knows me knows I dont do that. Every time I called speak to the manager shes never there and Ive never received a call back from the manager. So either the manager just doesnt care about the customers or she didnt tell the manager about my experience. Either way Im disappointed in this company
