Everyone listen up!!!!! This company is horrible with on time delivery. I will not buy from any vender that uses UPS. It would be quicker for me to walk from New Jersey to San Diego and back to get my purchases than to use this snail of a delivery company! Their tracking info is for jokers only! I haven’t seen one of their trucks on the road for almost a week while Amazon prime, fed ex and even USPS are hard at it! I pray they bankrupt which at the rate they are going, it’s sure to happen!!!! Horrible service!!

I was inquiring about info. They do not provide a box to receive any mail here. Just a shipping and receiving, with shipping available for consumers. Very polite and professional staff. Needs a !bigger visable! sign at the Bridge Street road entrance. Easy to miss because it sits back from road.

Worked there a couple days . Wasnt for me they give you no training what so ever . And I still havent been paid for the days I did work contacted there hr department 5 times and still nothing the place is a joke

I made an online order and the item tracking said it was out for delivery on the 13th. Then there was a delay. We have some bad weather the next day so I understand not getting it for those two days. But then the 16th was clear and initially said out for delivery but no package. When I checked the tracking that afternoon, it only said check tomorrow for details. On the 17th it was out for delivery again but it still didnt arrive. In total, the package has been out for delivery 3x and I still dont have it. I should have gone with USPS. At least I get my packages with their service.

Went to locate a package and the guy was very helpful and very nice. He figured it out for me and gave me the answers I needed

I ordered something from online and I was not made aware of when my package was delivered, UPS delivered it to the wrong address and I can’t get ahold of no one that can tell me where they delivered my package. It’s either been lost or stolen, my house isn’t hard to find, I am very upset with the mishandling of my stuff. I had to make a claim and it’s been days and I have not heard from anyone.

I have been using UPS for years. The service staff is great, very friendly and efficient. However they are hampered by VERY old technology. Their computer and charge card process is slow and sometimes they don’t even work. The driveway and parking are awful. Sure could use a bigger sign for the hidden drive. I have always felt that UPS doesn’t really care about personal package sending, as they make access so difficult. Hours are terrible, only open during rush hour, and they have decreased. But as a delivery service, no complaints with efficiency there.

Not sure what all the rave is about. Its not a real UPS store and only open for 3 hours on weekdays. Had to drive to Portsmouth to get a package shipped.

Fast and friendly. I was in and out. The guy working behind the counter made sure things were being run quick and efficient. Package was perfect!

I had an issue with amazon and scheduling a ups pickup. The amazon customer call center had no one there due to covid. I took the package to the Chillicothe Ohio ups center to see if they could help. An employee by the name of Estil Harris was so genuine and helpful. He was able to get me thru to the amazon call center to have them issue the return label immediately while we waited in the phone. I know without his help, I would have never been able to get thru to amazon. I had been trying for two months to make contact. It was so nice to see excellent customer service in action. Thank u Estil !!

Went there for help on medication that had been mis-sent and the young lady that helped me there was wonderful.

My delivery person is Anita and I just want to let you know how very happy I am with her service. She always goes above and beyond and I am always greeted with a smile. If I need her for anything pertaining to UPS I have even called her at home and she is so kind and happy to assist me. I wish there were more people like Anita. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!

They were nice but couldnt ship my package I was returning because it was to big so if you have to ship something big you would want to look up where a UPS customer center is that can take large items

I have had a package sitting at the facility for 3 days that I have been waiting for. When I tracked the package on the site where I purchased the item, it said that I had been notified of a package at the facility and that I had AGREED to pick it up. This is not true. I had no idea my package had been there for 3 days. 😡

Great service! Dropped a package off & checked on the arrival of another for which I had the tracking #, was told it would it had already gone out on the truck. Package arrived at my home a couple hours later. That was the 20th. I was given an estimated arrival to my home of the 22-23! Thanks & Merry Christmas Chillicothe Hub!

So guy said on the phone he could take care of a package for me to at&t.Then I drive 30 minutes and get there and he says oh no we cant ship that for you we dont ship routers to at&t try a different store.
