I bank here but now it seems like they work when they feel like it. Alot of angry people today and so on. Stimulus or not maybe you should put a sign up on why youre closed.

Ive banked here for several years. Never an issue, but current manager needs to fix her attitude. I felt stupid the entire encounter.

Best customer service Ive ever had. The guy who set my account up was amazing, literally painless setup. Gave me my debit card right there, name on it and everything. Didnt have to wait for the card which imo was the best part. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

It says they close at 3pm on Sundays but when I went to deposit money they were closed

Horrible customer service, Cannot get anyone to answer the phone.. They send it to a big wig call service. Then lied to me about my direct deposit and the details about it.. I will never bank here again and will let everyone I know how horrible of a company this is.. Chillicothe ohio 85 river trace rd.. NEVER AGAIN!
