They didnt return my call until the next day just to tell me they dont work on air conditioners. I went with another local appliance company that had it fixed the same day.

These are the worst people you could ever possibly ask to work on your stuff. I wouldn’t trust these people to sharpen my pencil for me. They have absolutely no professionalism. Don’t expect a phone call before arrival they “ring” your doorbell or “knock” maybe once and then leave. No phone call. No nothing. And then they say it’s your fault because you weren’t there an expect you to reimburse them for the drive out. Extremely disappointed

After a horrid experience with the first repair company they sent out, we were not getting our hopes up after requesting another company...However, what a relief to have nice, respectful, TRUTHFUL, patient, intelligent, and most of all, he let me speak and he actually listened. Lesson learned do not let warranty dept automatically pick some big city company. Ask a for Staffords, if you want a nice hometown respectful company!

GREAT LOCAL SERVICE! Theyve been out and checked out my refrigerator (an old Maytag that I had for years (and I loved that fridge))! They checked it out and told me the compressor had gone out, which was not worth fixing. I appreciated their honesty! The service call was fair (especially since it was afterhours), and Ive called on them again, several times, on other issues, since then. They always give a fair estimate. They tell you the truth rather than just take your money. Good honest hardworking people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Called and set up a service call and they said they did not get the work order till 5 and now they cant come out till monday. Why have a call center if it does not work now im without a stove till i find a new service tech. Thanks for nothing
