I just moved into a townhome on August 1. The team is very responsive, not to mention the beauty of the unit. The neighborhood is quiet as well. I like to come home from work and be at peace and this space allows me that time. Quick access to the highway and less then 10 minutes away from local shopping mall that includes Big Y, Stop and Shop, and Walmart.

I lived in one of the VP Management apartments for the last four years and had a genuinely positive experience. David and Alex are easy to work with, accommodating, and prompt in communication and tending to needs within the house. Had I not needed to relocate for work I would have stayed longer!

We switched management companies for this property approx. August 15, 2019. Our experience with VP Management has been significantly better than with the last company. From recommendations that would make the property more attractive to renters … to their contacts with local contractors and just general knowledge of running the business. We are still working through some issues created by the last management company, but David has been very helpful with these issues too. Overall, we are very happy with the switch to VP Management.

Their system and organization is great but very unresponsive to apartment tours. Applied and asked multiple times and didnt even get a chance to view the apartment I really wanted to view 😔

Close and conveniently located to many shops and restaurants such as the quaint Europa Family Pizzeria which has the best pizza around. Communication with the host, David, Igor, and Liz was top notch and they were quick to respond to any concerns we had. This place is ultra comfortable with a lived-in folksy feel. Its multi level design gives privacy for all guest while allowing ample room for gathering. A spacious backyard with a patio table provided us a beautiful scenery for gathering and talking outdoors. The dining room was the perfect place to hold shabbat dinner for many. Leave your worries behind and prepare to come and relax and unwind in mansion like comfort.

Last April, David showed me the very nice place that I now rent in Agawam. I am very particular, and to be honest, at that time I didn’t expect much could end up impressing me.This was due, in part, to the fact that I had already visited many other potential rentals and had actually decided on a very nice place in Simsbury just the day before. The rental property he showed me was also at least as nice as the one in Simsbury. So we discussed things and eventually he covered my concerns and questions with details and answers in writing that made me feel comfortable before signing the lease. I am very happy with everything! The property is well maintained like clockwork and the neighborhood, which has several other properties managed by VP, is a very pleasant place to live in. David and his associates appear to be doing many things right!
