DO NOT!! I REPEAT ...DO NOT !!Go here for a “full set” they charge $90 just for a full set! And it wouldn’t be an issue if the quality was there but they are NOT worth $90!! Not even $45 smh!!He could NOT do the coffin shape i asked for ! Everytime i pointed out a crooked nail, lengths wasnt what i asked for, nor the same he would say give him a minute he’s not finished!! Only for my nails to end here because i stopped him from wasting anymore of my time let alone his own!! You can clearly see what i asked for and what i got! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!!!

Quick and good quality service for a great price.

I went to get a gel mani and pedi for my baby shower this Saturday. The guy didn’t even clean under my toes! Charged me 90 and I was out of there in an hour! I looked at my big toes and there was still dirt around the edges I could see. I went back and told him. He painted OVER the dirt when I told him it was dirt and wanted it clean. I will never go back here ever. I go to get a pedi to have my toes cleaned! Very sad.

HORRIBLE! OVER PRICED!!!! THEY CHARGED ME $95 FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I TO GET MANI PEDIS (NOT GELL) DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE GUY WAS ON HIS PHONE DURING THE FIRST HALF OF MY PEDICURE.

The staff were very polite and respectful. We all joked around and had a conversation, even the customers. Everyone was wearing their masks and we had to sanitize our hands when we came in. Lots of colors to choose from and fair prices. I was a returning customer and I will be coming back!

Pedicure was good, salon clean, staff very friendly. Got a gel manicure which chipped only 2 days later. I would have gone back to have the nails fixed but I live in Boston. Extremely disappointed as the services were more expensive than in the city, and now I need to go somewhere here to get my nails fixed. I usually get 3 weeks out of gel manicures. Waste of time and money :(

Stay clear of this, overpriced & poor quality ! My sister in-law made us an appointment here to get our nails done for my wedding. I got a full set, I showed Paul the picture of what I wanted it was an ombré French with glitter he said ok. I left with chunky, poorly applied, uneven, messy nails that were baby pink with glitter. Nothing like the picture. When I tried to correct what he was doing he told me a second coat will look better. What!? Nails were done on Monday on Wednesday I went to go show a friend my wedding nails and noticed my entire pointer finger nail on my right hand was just gone! All that was left was the bare glued on tip. Luckily the resort I am at was able to completely redo my nails but obviously not for free. I paid over $70 for a full set at nail bliss and it didn’t even last 2 days. Then had to pay another $40 to have them filled/fixed. They looked like I attempted to do them myself at home. I will absolutely never go back, what a waste of money.

BEST PEDICURE EVER!!!I received the absolute best pedicure, my services were provided by Nilsa. This was my first time visiting Nail Bliss, I will be retuning for my pedicures with Nilsa whenever possible moving forward. I couldn’t believe the difference compared to any other pedicure I’ve had in the past, it was amazing. I’ve never had a technician focus on the area in need of more attention as she did. I was hesitant making an appointment due to pricing, the prices are higher then most nail salons in the area. If they continue providing exceptional services, I don’t have an issue paying a little it more. I strongly recommend Nail Bliss, I wish I had tried them years ago, better late then never.

I got a powder dip manicure today. They use lotion, hot stone, hot towel, and you even get a little back massage! Its a little pricey but they give a discount for paying in cash

First time coming in, absolutely wont be my last! Had a regular pedicure done with grace, which felt like a spa pedicure. Everyone was so welcoming. Even got some free hand cream which smells amazing! And reasonably priced for the pedicure and massages they offer while your nails are drying. Cant wait to come back in!

After seeing reviews about people getting overcharged, I am not surprised about my situation today. I went there to take off my gel nails. Once he was done taking it off, he said the total is $25. Who charges $25 to take off nails. I’m from Boston and this big city won’t charge you $25 for taking off your nails. Mind you, they did not even Soak my nails. He just used the machine to clean it off which took less than 20 mins. They will overcharge you. Please go somewhere else

Spent 100 and my nails came out horrible. One nail has a huge gap and separation from the fake nail and my nail underneath. Now I have to pay another place just to fix them.

One of the best services Ive ever received!!! All thanks to the kind man named Han. He is such a sweetheart and very detail oriented with his work. He made sure i was comfortable throughout my entire visit, from the moment i walked in until i was drying my toes. He helped me pick out the perfect shade of red, massaged my feet for quite some time, offered me delicious chocolates and gifted me an amazing hand lotion. Han is the reason i will be a returning costumer. Cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience this was. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to nail bliss and thank you to Han. This man deserves a raise.

If youre going for a pedicure you are in for a treat. That being said the gel nail set runs rather expensive. Also within the first day two nails broke

I really enjoyed my time here today, they do a manicure included with a gel fill, I got 3 massages while they worked on my nails/dry time. Where awesome with the fact that I had a child with me. All very friendly. I took off one star because they didnt cut down my nails which made the shape seem a bit odd but she asked and I answered without really looking so its my fault too. They also gave me a sample tube of the lotion I was looking at which is cool. Over all I think it was 40 bucks well spent all things considered.

Definitely wont be returning! I made an apt for 1:15 and didnt get takin till 2:20 for them to just give me a quick 10-15 min pedicure with a Horrible paint job that took about another hour to dry due to all the layers of paint he put Im literally still drying them! DEFINITELY not worth the $30 i spent i could of did a better job myself only reason i didnt walk out was beacuse i had my 6 yr old daughter with me that was really lookin forward to our spa day but never again! I wasnt even able 2 get all the services i originally wanted because i had already been so disappointed!! The tubs and the the tools used for pedis also werent the cleanest and not even sure if they were disinfected before used on a new person which was very disturbing as well!

Went for a pedi and the experience was horrible. The 2 guys were trying to get out of there ASAP didn’t let us dry right didn’t get deep in the cuticles didn’t get nail polish on the whole nail. I told him I could see my old nail polish and he just gave me another coat which didn’t help. The guy next to him kept staring and hitting on my friend while doing her toes. Never again

So, If you like the feeling that no one wants to look up at you let alone speak to you as you enter this is the place for you. Unprofessional and I was never even offered an appointment.

Never again. Had powder done with in a week cracked and chipped. They fixed them and again within a week they were coming off. To experience. Worst place i ever had my nails done in 10 years.

Ive been here a total of 4 times. Its clean. The very 1st time a girl named Gina did my nails, she was amazing! But sadly it was her last day. The 2nd time I came the service was not the same I brought my sister from Florida who they wanted to charge $80 for doing dip on her nails and putting a tip in one, which is completely outrageous!. Now, as for the last 2 times Ice come here I cant sat I have been happy because I have left highly upset. Last time they messed up my natural nails, broke one and then got upset when I asked to have the Polish taken off my nails because a clear green was used under it, which changed the white to a dirty looking cream. I was also charged 30 for what I was told would be 15. This time Im sitting in my car waiting for my toes to dry because they kept harassing me while my toes were drying (about 3/4 minutes) to get up and pay now. The 2st time they asked I said I didnt want to ruin my polish as it is still wet and would do so once I got up in a few.kore minutes. 30 seconds later the guy comes over and asked 3 times in a row pay now? U pay now? U can pay now? I again say once I get up and he basically forced me to get up so that I would pay now, with my toes still wet. So unprofessional and upsetting. I will not be returning to this place. Being disrespected and shoved out the door is not the way to treat customers. Im beyond upset right now.

The attention the Nail Techs give is amazing. Every mani or pedi is ended with a relaxing shoulder massage.

The staff was very friendly but I went in for a gel fill and it was over $50!!! Also the polish on my nails is already messed up. Every nail is ruined! I waited around 45 mins to get my nails done and finally when I got in the chair the lady took over 2 1/2 hours to do a regular gel fill manicure!! I have never been so irritated with a nail salon!! Within 2 hours of leaving this place all my nails were ruined! They didn’t even put a gel hard coat over the top of the polish like your supposed to with a gel mani! Overall experience was terrible! Way to expensive and definitely not worth it! I will never go back to this salon again! I never write a review on anything but I had to for this experience. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Its a bit of a shabby nail salon. It seems a little run down. The ladies were a bit too rough and my mom essentially got beat up during her pedicure. Nails looked nice, but I wouldnt go back.

I came in at 11 on a Friday for a mani/pedi and there was a crowd of little girls getting pedis for a recital.Despite the crowd the staff was friendly and worked quickly. Everything was clean. Jailene, the young woman who did my nails, couldnt have been better. Beautiful nails, relaxing massage...I felt pampered! Good prices and even a discount for cash.I recommend Nail Bliss!

Friendly yes but for a pedicure all they did was a nail trim and polish and for a manicure they couldnt even use a gel polish like was requested. Will not be going there again.

I avoided this place initially due to some poor reviews, but ended up going because it was so close to my house. Turns out, it was pretty great. Clean shop with friendly staff. Also, the complaints about not being able to tip on a card? Please, there is an ATM right by the register, withdraw some cash and get change.

I got a fungus from this place. The next day my nail bed was swollen & purple. Had to have the nail bed drained & it’s going to require treatment for a long time. Dr. said I will need to continue treatment until an uninfected nail finally grows out which they said could take over a year! Don’t risk it because they obviously do not properly sanitize their equipment

I just went yesterday to get a polish change. First off they do not have a separate price for just a polish change. If you are getting gel you have to pay for a manicure even if you dont need one. But of course they dont tell you this until they are already doing your nails. My color saturation was terrible. Different on every single nail and the Polish was all over my cuticles. I wish I had the option to add the pictures that I took so everyone could see just how awful of a job they did. To get this polish change done in gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes cost me $45. At every other Salon I go to it only cost 30. I would not recommend that anyone get their nails done here. I ended up going to a place called Nailtique in West Springfield on Riverdale Road. Ask for Cindy shes amazing. Other places to go are Sophys in Westfield and Tranquility Spa in the Enfield Mall.

I had a pedicure there and shortly after one of my smaller toenails fell off today I thought Id give them another chance when in for a dip manicure the color is totally not the right color I told them this and they verbally agreed with me but did nothing about it they said they would fix the problem on the color board will that doesnt help me now and I still pay the full price I will never go back there again I definitely will not recommend them and I plan to file complaints with the better business bureau
