My experience here was terrible! It was like dealing with a used car salesman. I brought in a gorgeous ring that had been valued at $3.5-4K in a size 5 that needed to be resized very large. He offered us $300 for the ring, which was laughable. He tried to push other cheaper rings on us instead of doing the sizing. It felt the whole time as if he was trying to get my ring from us. He then told us it would be $600 in gold just to resize. So he expected us to believe that it would take 2x as much gold as was in the ring, just to go up some sizes. Terrible, the whole thing felt like a scam and we left without doing business with this store. We ended up going to another jeweler and paid $250 to get the ring to the size we had requested, the other store did the work beautifully and never tried to get us to sell the ring. Id suggest, unless you like the whole used car salesman vibe, to not visit this jewelry store.

They were able to custom make it using the center diamond and setting from my grandmothers antique ring and place it into a beautiful new accent band. I couldnt believe how beautiful it came out! A year ago my husband bought me for Christmas a necklace with two diamonds. It was the one I had seen in store. Very pretty but didn’t go well to wear while sleeping. It would mess both chains. Then I brought back to the store and they refunded me. They were so promptly ready to meet my needs. They were so sorry about my Christmas gift did not work well for me but I’m looking forward to go to give another try to their store. I didn’t get my solitaire diamond necklace yet.

I will never go to another jewelry store again. Why would I? At Furnari Jewelers they understand that most folks, apart from what they see, don’t know much about jewelry. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained things without making you feel dopey. My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands there and have also had a few things repaired by their expert Ernie. One time while we were waiting on a repair the owner, Anthony, visited with us and showed us some of his special collectibles. Another time, I was picking up a ring that they ordered and, because I was injured, they brought it out to me. That was such a relief to not have to pull out the scooter. We really felt like family. It sounds like I’m exaggerating but I’m not. It is just so refreshing to walk in to a business that still cares about people and knows how to do their jobs. So go see Anthony or Brenda. When I was shopping for my Fiancé’s engagement ring, I was keeping an open mind, shopping around at many different jewelry stores, trying to find the right ring within my budget.I had an idea of what I wanted, but nothing seemed to catch my eye. One day, I was in another jewelry store in Enfield, CT and the salesman put the idea into my head of making a custom ring. He had a 3D CAD model of the ring drawn up, and I stupidly put a down payment on it.The very same day, I took my old man’s advice (long time Furnari customer) and stopped into Furnari in Enfield to see Joey. I explained to him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He took the idea and ran with it. He drew up a 3D CAD model of a ring that was everything I was looking for and more, it was absolutely perfect. Joey promised me that the actual ring would come out looking exactly like the model. This ring completely blew the other one I was about to buy out of the park, with better diamonds, for the same money!I knew what I had to do, the next day I withdrew my down payment from the other jeweler, and put all my faith in Joey, and man am I glad I did. Joey had about two weeks to pull off making the band and setting the stones before I left for vacation (when I planned to propose). I’m not going to lie, I had my doubts, but Joey bent over backwards, he did everything he possibly could to make sure I had that ring in my hand before I left. When I set my eyes on it, I was astonished, it came out looking like the model Joey drew up to the T.There are not many business owners this day and age that truly care and would put themselves on the spot like that to please a customer. It’s not like this is any old ring, he custom made it… Thank you Joey for everything, I cannot thank you enough. When my grandfather passed he left me his ring which had a diamond in it. My now fiancé took the ring to Furnai Jewelers to have the diamond taken out of the ring and use it in my engagement ring. Furnaris did an outstanding job! Fantastic staff with the best customer service. My ring is absolutely gorgeous! A few weeks later I took the setting of my grandfather’s ring to Furnaris with hopes that it could be melted into a new piece of jewelry. Funaris reccommend making the ring into a heart pendant. Less than 2 weeks later the pendant is finished and it is stunning. Thank you Furnaris for your help and taking such good care of our family heirlooms!! We will be back!!

We bought our wedding rings here. Older gentleman was really rude to me but ok to my husband. My ring from white gold broke in a few months, but moved to different state so now I have to spend my money to fix it. Bad quality and bad customer service.
