Terrible horrifying and traumatizing experience. Have to request several times for them to actually show up and do something. We were more than patient with them and even when things started to seem a bit fishy we still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Until we uncovered their lies . Signed a contract with them only to find out they were telling lies to the insurance company and saying the contract was not yet signed in order to criminally receive more money. Insurance fraud and customer neglect. My family has been without a home after a house fire for 18 months now and all that has been done is demolition. We paid 110,000 to fulfill our side of the contract. The rest is to be paid when a certain percentage of the house is built..and they have done nothing to fulfill their end and now have been caught purposely misleading the insurance company to the point that we almost lost everything if we didnt have the signed contract. Complete nightmare . They do not care about you. Do not fall for their game. They will be answering for their fraud.

This company has taken a full year to repair my parents home after a fire. The only prompt service has been the regular weekly cleaning of the sanican outside.

Be careful dealing with this company. I would give them a 0 rating if that was an option. We had a pipe burst and our insurance company recommended them. They came and took a look, then the process stopped there. We were waiting for a month and half to get the process going. After dozens of calls talking to insurance and CRS, finally the guy in charge at CRS told us he didnt want to deal with the abatement company they recommeded because he couldnt make any money out of it!If your insurance ask you to call this company, please dont to save yourself frustration, time and energy. Whatever happened to your house is probably already a disaster, and you dont need a company who cant deliver their promise to add more stress and frustration! I can see why they only have 1.9 stars!

I had a terrible septic backup into my basement; CRS came to clean up, disinfect and gave me the peace of mind I wanted. This was NOT a job I would have thought of doing myself. Hazardous! They came right away and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. Great service! Friendly serrvice,

What an awful experience. Finding out our home was flooded due to a busted water-pipe while we were away was awful, but our recent experience with CRS made it so much worse. The only good thing I can say is they took my call right away and had someone at my house the following morning to start the restoration process. That was the last good thing I have to say. My issues range from out right lying to me, to not doing what they said they would do. During the initial stage I received lots of yeses and Of course we will do that. As the days went on I realized I was getting solely lip service. They did not get dehumidifiers or fans in my house until 6+ days after they were awarded the job. Once excuse after another. Then they disregarded our instructions about personal property. They didnt cover any of our personal property as they did demolition, so dust got everywhere. They damaged our gas stove, ruined our bed mattress by stacking several hundred pounds of boxes on the bed, which was an 80 year old antique bed. They never cleaned up after themselves and actually vacated the house leaving puddles in the basement and a washing machine filled to the brim with standing water for over three weeks. I can go on and on. The contractor who will be doing the renovation as well as the insurance adjuster, both who have 30+ years experience in the field, stated they had never seen such a poor job in all their years. Dont make the mistake we made. Do not call this number keep looking and avoid the nightmare we lived through.

Really I would give zero stars if I could. CRS came to my home after a tornado hit it. It was my first time with any experience with contractors, repairs etc so I admit I was very naive...in addition to the fact that I could not witness the work. Short story is that 7 years later, the roof they never really fixed after multiple call backs, still leaks, the front porch they had to rebuild is falling apart, the ceiling cracks they were supposed to repair are resurfacing with the vengeance of a bad cover up job. I had given up on calling and recalling for them to fix everything (what I told is only a small part of the whole story) but I would NEVER recommend this company to do any work. The fact that they were short staffed at the time and literally hiring any subcontractors does not give them the excuse for bad work.

Most of the staff are super nice, helpful and welcoming.

I unfortunately have to go to small claims court because of about $5000 of faulty work done on my home. This is a summary of excerpts of a letter of demand to the contractor who was brought in to look at the damages: Tom Ollari, project manager after inspecting the damage wrote: .The floor is installed with the space to allow for expansion as any wood floor, whether a laminate or hardwood product, will expand with moisture in the air. However, both photographic evidence and testimony from a third party inspector show this is not true. In regards to a large crown in laminate floor, Mr. Ollari, project manager states The floor was prepped prior to installation with a leveling agent as well. Both photographic evidence and testimony from a third party inspector show this is not true. I am in Seattle, Washington and my guess is that the company made false claims about their work because they knew the difficulty I would have pursuing the case in small claims court in the state of Massachusetts. When I spoke to a lawyer regarding the matter he told me that CRS had a reputation of doing poor work. The only bright side for me is that if a company makes false claims I could be entitled to double or triple damages. However, traveling across the country to go to court certainly is a high price to pay. After this matter goes to court full details of the case will be posted online with consumer agencies.
