Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP..! “SCAM ARTIST.”I had the worst experience I ever had with this mechanic. I could write a whole story of what I had gone through over the 15 to 18 days but wanted to make it short so that everyone can get something out of it. The repair of my car was supposed to take about 2 or 3 hours (I was even ok for an entire day), but I took my vehicle back approximately 18 days later in a condition that was worse than how I brought it. The owner “Corey” made so many promises that he would get it done today, tonight, or tomorrow, etc., by giving a specific time, and he had made me go to his shop multiple times for nothing. He never replaced the part “Stop Relay” as he kept telling me he ordered and replaced it. I confirmed that because I took a picture of the part beforehand. Also, when he put the original parts into their place so that I can take it to the dealer to have it fixed, I asked him to show me the new “relay,” but he never did.The way this guy speaks will be deceiving than how he does his job, which is 100% sure! DON’T BUY IT AT ALL. I stayed behind in my school and lab work because of this, ended up paying an extra 12V battery and renting a car because of this. The stress I experienced was not worth it at all. He could not even put the parts to their original condition. The car was working when I brought it to him, but it was not working when I took it back. Thus, I had to tow it to the dealer, and I ended up calling a cop so that I could get my money back.

My husband took our car in to have it fixed and kept it for 2 weeks and did no work. He would tell my husband to come back multiple times to either have an answer or get our money back. He told my husband he bought the part and he never ordered it and never replaced the part. My husband is foreign and I really hate when people take advantage of the fact that maybe he won’t understand what they’re doing to him. All the while he’s been having to miss stuff for work and school while I took care of our two kids and we had no personal transportation. I really do not recommend working with this company.

Workers seem like they’d steal a quarter out of your cup holder, they’re “mechanics” and couldn’t resolve a vehicle no start condition? No wonder why they’re closed down. Avoid being ripped off, don’t come here.

This shop rips off the elderly. I would give this shop a zero if I could. The guy who owns the place is a SCAM ARTIST. He double charged my father on his credit card for the work and NEVER actually did the work. He returned the vehicle stating he did the repairs but upon inspection, the parts were the same as when dropped off. He is refusing to give my father a refund. Apparently, this guy took over the business from his dad and he is making a mockery of the work his family put into the business over the years. Do not trust this guy. He is being investigated now.

No matter the problem they will definitely figure it. They will tell what needs to be your choice. Great guys I highly recommend them

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I needed a new compressor belt and Corey put a used one from a junkyard without asking my permission. I dropped off my rental and they dropped me off at my car in the pouring rain. Corey told me where to leave the money and where my key was. There was no key. I had to walk in the pouring rain back to my apartment. I missed days of work because I had no car. Corey promised me he was going to replace the keys and return my money back and he never did. My car died on Sunday and the mechanic said that the compressor belt seized up so now I will be paying again for the same part. Bringing my car to this mechanics I had to pay for a bad part, new keys, car rentals, and I missed days of work.

Corey is an amazing auto tech, super fair prices and always gets the job done right. He’s been my parents mechanic for several years and have never steered them (or me) wrong. Definitely recommend going to see them if you have any car troubles.

Really excellent work every time. The prices drew me in and the quality of the work and honesty keeps me coming back. I thought i needed my brake pads changed but instead of taking my money and running they advised me that i still have enough brake bad left for another year or two so they just cleaned and adjusted my brakes instead which saved me over a hundred dollars! And they fixed my rattling heat shield for free. Could ask for more honest quality work. They’ve really won my loyalty.

The owner and his crew are honest and up front. When your car got towed there...it probably had to do something with the fact that you took your 90s Cadillac four wheeling and it got flooded! Or maybe the fact of having a bunch of random wires everywhere ( fact from someone that rode in this car when it did run after you ripped your carpet out ) And most shops probably never would have touched your car after seeing what you did.( note: I do not own a car, but my parents are customers there. )

I sold him parts in March of this year. He gave me a check that the bank refused for lack of funds. I returned last month and he gave me a check that the bank refused for lack of funds. I went back to his place of business and he gave me a credit card number that was declined. I find him impossible to trust.

After my theft system disabled my car from starting back in October 2019 I was recommended to bring it here. 3/3/2020 I just towed it out because after 5 months of getting a run around, and not being able to get ahold of anyone by phone or even showing up at the shop my car still isn’t running. My $500 Powertrain Control Management (Computer) replacement was also either defective or improperly installed, so I had 5 months of my time wasted and $1,000 down the drain, not to mention days of school and work missed over not having a ride and paying Ubers. First time bringing a car here, not sure how anyone else’s experiences have went but mine wasn’t good. Maybe this shop can’t handle more in depth diagnosing, just your average bread and butter jobs. Very glad to be done with my business here, it’s been stressful and frustrating dealing with poor customer service/run around about my vehicle.

One time I went there they gave me a bad oil filter that immediately leaked and now my suv needs new cam shafts and the oil pump is weak. Had to replace the oil cooler as well

Had some work done here recently.. $900, ONE spark plug replaced and a Mickey Mouse muffler job later and Im still with the same issues we walked in with. I LOVE throwing money away. Maybe it was written on my face, because why else would anyone think this job was okay?! I came to them entrusting my vehicle and my hard earned dollars with this establishment and left to only walk away with a 2 week old fix. FIVE separate wholes are in my muffler. You can count them when its cold. :( Very saddening and very upsetting. Especially when your family members do business with this place and you wonder if theyre getting duped as well.

I have been going to Olde Time Service for several years and I have always been happy with their service. I priced around when I needed repairs and Olde Time always had the best price. I have a 2007 Mercedes and need synthetic oil changes and they charge almost half what any other business would charge. I also needed a new coil pack and spark plugs - price was only $300. A few years ago I needed a coil pack, had it done at another foreign repair shop (upon the encouragement of a coworker) and they soaked me for $1000.Olde Time is exactly what you want from a car shop: honesty, best prices around and excellent workmanship. I will never go to another car shop and highly recommend them.

I go there yesterday. Bring the bearing and drive shaf to the garage with me. He tells me its 40$. Witch was great. But then I go back today after calls me. When I get there he now tells me its 80$. Because he tells me I must have got confused of what he was saying. I have no idea how that can happen when I literally brought the drive shaft and the bearing with me and told him I needed it taken off and replaced. I will not ever go back to that place for as long as I live. Can you say scam artist.
