The worker there clearly doesnt know what she talking about or just wanted to sell phones so she can get bonus. She say Verizon lock their phones for 2 years lol! Had been working with Verizon for a long time and their devices only locked for 60 days and is clearly stated on their official website. 2 years LMFAO. If I can give a -10 stars I would and this location reviews clearly tell it all. Owner please check your employee.

Id like to thank whoever worked today for their failure to provide customer service. Ive had to cancel my vacation, havent had a consistently working phone for two weeks, despite being told TWICE that the issue (involving phone failure following your insistent order to change sim cards) was fixed and for making six 60 mile round trips to discover the store closed during business hours four times. Because the worker today was unable to provide availability I have switched to Metro by T-Mobile. I was a Boost customer for many years. Thanks for nothing. We had a good laugh at Metro about your well known inability to provide accurate, consistent and legitimate service to your customers. Might want to step up your game.

Website says they close at 7pm. We were at the door & the lady locked us out at 6:30pm. We wanted to buy 2 new phones & cases. Not coming back.

Lie and fake! This place and employees know nothing about phone. Worst customer service ever.

Went to this location, looking to transfer my family plan. The supervisor at this location had stated the plan would be $120, assuming I purchased phones. Came back the next day, explained we would be bringing our own phones, and suddenly price went up to $260. No information was collected from me, as far as personally identifiable information, so as to say the price surged due to a credit check or short credit history. I felt very discriminated against, and hope their regional manager can get the locations in this area in proper order. So glad we found another provider with excellent customer service, honesty, and transparency.

Its more then just Boost mobile there was 3 other phone services you could choose from .The sale cleck was helpful he knew what he was doing .

Google says the store opens at 930am i get here and there are two different signs one thats lit up with closed and a list of hours which indicate they open at 10am then on the door they have a different sign that says they open at 11am. I drove all the way down here for nothing what a waste of gas time and energy. Update your hours for reals

Eli (spelling?), owner of the store was very helpful. We ran into a lot of problems trying to get my boyfriend switched over from Verizon to Boost. He tried so hard to get it all figured out while assisting other customers! It was a very stressful situation for everyone involved and he handled it very well! We ended up not being able to get the information we needed from Verizon, which meant my boyfriend couldnt keep his phone number and the phone through Boost wouldnt be free. We couldnt afford to pay full price. Eli was so kind to give us a great deal. We ended up leaving very happy. Oh and the store closes at 6:30pm Eli stayed open an extra hour or longer to help us. Amazing! I have never had any kind of issue with Boost Mobile!

Employee named Jasmine was absolutely AWESOME! She went above and beyond to help me. And she handled the giant wave of people that came in all at once like a total BOSS! Thanks again! 😄

Very helpful staff, always friendly and do their job. Theres usually only one person working. Which probably sucks for them because you only help one person at a time. But they always do a fantastic job every time I go to them for help

Worst customer service ever, there was an open bag of frozen montere burritos on the counter, no help was given, couldn’t help another customer either, worst employee. They should never even hired her. Will NEVER go to this store again. Very rude and disrespectful, didn’t offer to call customer service to get any help to figure out the issue. After I left I called the customer service line and they 100% helped me within 5 minutes and I was in the store for about 30 minutes and she couldn’t do anything for me nor did she care to at all, I’ve talked to this person before with issues in the past and it has been the same result, very rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. I thought maybe her attitude would change but hasn’t and she should have no rift to be employed for a store that has to do with customer service skills

Very underrated. These people are always very helpful and knowledgeable. My need regarding phone, repair, upgrade, my technology challenged operating errors or anything phone related is handled efficiently and in due haste by friendly professional staff of one sometimes two peeps on duty. Yeah they gotchu.

Bianca was very professional and proficient with her work being the only employee on the clock while it was super busy. Thank you for helping me swap my phone so fast and listening to me ramble about how my phone broke. Youre the best!

YOU CROOKS. Someone fraudulently used my card with your business and instead of cancelling the charge while it was still pending your customer assistance rep lied and said they are reversing the charge. When I pointed out that he didn’t even ask for my name or my card information and my phone number is a Verizon number, he told me that a manager would be calling in 5 minutes. Surprise, surprise, no one called. I called back and explained what happened and this rep said that all I need to do is call my bank and have the card cancelled. Obviously I know this. I told her I will but I wanted to make sure the transaction was cancelled first. She said the bank will do that for me but thats not how it works. I explained that if it’s not cancelled on their end it will go through allowing the crook to benefit from boost mobile with money stolen from me and my bank will then reimburse me. I explained that she could cancel the transaction with my debit card number and the transaction number that came with the charge on my bank account but she refused. This company is as crooked as the thief that stole from me! YOU, boost mobile, stole from me! I will get my money back Monday but my bank will take the loss. Disgusting...

Manager went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me, worked hard and help me a lot. Super nice and friendly.

Went into Boost Mobile on Mangrove. First time ever going in. The building just reeked of old building funk. It also has the appearance of a hole in the wall. As I entered I was greeted by a young female who at first didn’t seem busy until I approached then just stared at the computer screen and rarely would make eye contact. As I started to ask just a few questions all answers were very prompt and gave me the feeling that I wasn’t welcomed. The service was about as good as the look and feel of the arrangement of the business. Another poor example of bad leadership in a business in Chico. Come to find out Boost uses Sprints towers so it wouldn’t have suited to my needs however had it fit my needs I wouldn’t have done any business with the girl working there anyways. Just not very customer oriented.
