We have always used HR Block for our taxes since weve been able to file. For years we have been filing with MAYTE RAMIREZ and she has always been helpful and had great customer service. She is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to HR Block.

Ida Crawford has been doing our taxes for years, and has always been timely, diligent and thorough. She is the reason we keep coming back, year after year. The answer to the following question is based on her being available next tax season.

It was very simple and easy to go through H&R Block. I know that my preparer did everything to reduce my balance due to the IRS.

Usually do them on my own with the H&R block program. Just busy this year.

I prefer working directly w the tax person. Not via phone. Also over charging us 4 fees almost 400$ this year. I feel I should have received more $ on my return this year. Especially given both major fires here in butte County and The pandemic.

Investment and student loan form filings way too expensive, Ill save considerable money going to just about anyone else. The money is enough to make it worth my time to do it myself.

Dropped off my paperwork to the office by Food Maxx in Chico,went back to check if they needed anything else from me only to find a sign stating that that office was closed. Have been calling the other office in town. All I can do is leave a message and someone will call back. Its been months and no return call.

Messed up on my taxes and had to do a amendment.now the IRS is sending me letters saying I owe them more money . Now Im waiting for the amendment to catch up so I dont have too pay quite a bit more.also did the same with my son but fortune the IRS caught it and sent him back the over payment that he made and it was quiet a bit of a mistake.
