We have worked with Clark Pest Control for many years and we are consistently happy with their services. We appreciate that we have 1 technician that consistently contacts us, is very friendly and personable, and that their employees typically stay with the company for may years. They are great with our pets and they take any special needs that we have into account in a reliable way.

Erik has been my guy for the past two years. He has done an outstanding job of responding to issues with gophers/ants or any other pest that invades our home. He always calls the day before to make sure we know he is coming which is great for us.

We are moving out of area. But would recommend this place company. The Service was top notch. We had a very severe mouse issues and they really helped us resolve it. Plus the service people were so professional and respectful. We had dogs and were not always there to bring them in and they were very good with them.

Lee always shows up and documents services well. Business office seems responsible and reasonable. Web site is well done. No complaints in these last many years of using Clark Pest!

Their response time is excellent. They were able to come out the same day for the initial inspection and service. They were also able to schedule me pretty quickly when I needed them to come in between services.

Over the year and a half I have had these guys I have been really unhappy with them. I have had 3 wasp hives in really obvious places that they will deal with when I point them out but should have been discovered when they are doing their spider web dusting thing. We always have a ton of spiderwebs left when they leave. I have had to leave the garage open a few times for them to get in to spray and the guy just leaves without saying anything. Its annoying since I have to go search around my yard to make sure he is gone before I can shut my garage. I think a heads up would be nice.

Clark technicians are the best: polite, professional, respectful, and helpful. I’ve had your service for two homes and have had two technicians. Both were great. Even the ones who’ve filled in for their vacations were good. This kind of old-fashioned professionalism is in short supply these days. It’s valuable.Additionally, I love that they have human beings answering their phones - friendly, helpful ones at that. I have had to call several times due to unexpected problems, and have been completely satisfied with the service I’ve received.If every business ran itself the way Clark does, the world would be a much happier and less frustrating place.

So far so good. I do think $160 a month is steep and would like a deduction if possible. I am almost 85 and on a limited and fixed income. Please work with me on this.

We had an active wasp nest in the patio just before our childrens visit in early August. I wanted the patio to be wasp free for my four grandsons and my kids so we could enjoy the outdoors. My call was answered promptly and the nest was not an issue for our annual family visit. Thank you!

Great work all my bugs are now gone. Wished I would of call years ago spent alot of money with a local dealer and still had bugs they never removed all my pests,and clerks did it in just two spraying.Thanks so much

Clark is okay but theyre nothing extraordinary. Theyve been servicing my home for a little over a year and while the pests have certainly gone down we do see some from time to time. When they do their service every 2 months theyre supposed to knock down spider webs which theyve failed to do the last 2 services weve had. I dont expect my home to be pest-free but for the amount of money I pay for a service that takes under an hour I expect some amount of professionalism. Weve debated changing companies a few times but its too much of a hassle so I guess well keep them until they majorly screw something up!Update: Theyve been so lackluster in their service since the date I posted this we decided to cancel service and try another pest control company. The plan with that pest control company fell through and so we called them to just get reinstated since we had only cancelled a few days prior. They told us wed have to pay another start-up fee and so it really made no sense to me why I would go with them and not try someone else since Id get charged a start-up fee anywhere and we werent that happy to begin with. So we found a different pest control company and so far theyve been a lot better.Its just plain weird to me that Clark would go so far to milk a long-term customer that had their service almost 3 years and charge a start-up fee again.

The technician is always polite and asks about any problems. If there are any, he is happy to take care of them and give tips on avoiding the issue in the future. If I need pest control between scheduled visits, I can call and someone comes out the next day for no charge.

When help was needed with our ant problem, the serviceman came soon thereafter . He dealt with the problem both inside and outside and came three times to solve the situation. He was always kind, thorough, and positive. Great job!

When I call for a follow up, my tech comes out the next day. Have had Clark for a couple of years now, and there are no more gophers or other pests.

Called Clark this past summer bc the ants were taking over our house. They are super friendly, very quick, and we havent had a problem with ants since!

Shane services our area and is always friendly. He calls at least a few days ahead and works out a service time. He keeps the webs down and we have not had any issues with ants or other bugs since we hired Clark Pest Control.

Theyve been very nice an polite, but havent fixed my pest problem yet and theyve been treating for 3 months now..... They finally did the correct treatment but I had to literally find and kill one for them to give me proper treatment!
