I had these guys and was forced into having Waste Management. Waste Management the worst company ever. Our price more than doubled with Waste Management. So anyone complaining about this company just thank someone above you got Recology instead of Waste Management.

Everyone Ive ever dealt with at Recology has done their best to be helpful, whether its just information I need or a service. Mitch, Jill, Dan, and all of their teams are always willing to do what is reasonable and achievable (sometimes more than what is reasonable).

If you need to call them, be sure to set aside at least an hour because he will be on hold that long. If youre lucky your call will not be dropped along the way. I have put in requests on their website which we received absolutely zero response. They have missed pick up on us several times when the canned ones right out on the street.

Love what the company stands for but when they dont pick up your recycling and its full (2nd time) what are you suppose to do? Especially when they say they will be by the next day and dont show again. Now its Friday and they say they will credit my bill for this week but will NOT pick up my recycling bin until my regularly scheduled day next week.

Update thanks to your workers who pick up the garbage i have changed the review have your office people learn from the pick up workers amazing service from them.Bad service bad communication skills need to look into that believe me if i could i would go with waste management

We have had issues with our Recology service since the beginning. Routinely whatever garbage was not in a garbage bag ends up spread all over the street and we have to go out and sweep it all up and put it back in the can. I can understand this happeneing once in a while but every week is ridiculous. Thankful we will be switching to Waste Management soon which I hope will be better!

I was forced into service with Recology when the city granted them a monopoly. My bill went up $200 a month. Terrible. Wont call you back. Spill trash everywhere. Wont return dumpsters. Charge you for services you didnt get. Absolute racket. Ive actually hired another vendor to routinely clean up after them.

Jill at Recology helped me get my garbage services started up and had my cans delivered less than two days after we put in the order! Ive never had such a good experience with other companies. I highly recommend using Recology for all of your waste disposal needs!

Ill say one thing about the company, their incompetent. My experience seems to echo the other postings exactly. No pickup, promises, no pick, promises. Well, you get the idea. Id like to have given them no stars but wasnt an option

Creating two monopolies may help the city/county managers but certainly a detriment to any type of responsive service for the customers.

Might not be great but they are head and shoulders above waste management.

Super long wait and hard to get customer service on the phone!!!!!!!!!!
