Cartridge World always has exactly what I need. They also have a convenient drop box for no longer needed electronic items. Their rates are the best in the area and I would go no where else.

Staff was friendly and they had the HP cartridge I needed on hand. Prices were amazing. The cartridge worked perfectly in my printer. I should say that while it prints just fine, the printer doesnt recognize as a new cartridge and wont display the ink level. The staff noted this might happen. Honestly not a big deal for me at all.

2.5 stars actually. Ive returned quite a few cartridges which didnt work BUT…they are uncomplaining when I do and give me a replacement or refund graciously. I usually get my HP26 black cartridges here.

Though more expensive than shopping online, theyre convenient and its still always nice to recycle & shop local. Usually satisfactory though uneven service, but theyve always stood by the occasional defective cartridge. Theyre also a good example how it just takes one unfortunate experience to undo it all, in this case with the owner no less. One day was buying some cartridges there, when a very attractive young gal, in short-shorts and obviously a local Chico U student, came in. Instantly the middle-aged owner was fairly falling all over himself to be charming and wait on her... including rudely interrupting the clerk who was already helping with my purchase at the only register! Very foolish, especially when the same products are available online for about half the price (often with no shipping charge).But if you should happen to catch the owners fancy here, no doubt the local service will be stellar (...lol)!
