Nick is a wonderful and insightful clinician. His understanding of how our early life experiences impacts our current relationships, along with his ability to create deeply healing conversations within the couple happens so fluidly that it feels natural and not forced. There are a lot of tears when youre being so vulnerable with your partner because vulnerability is hard in itself and because theres existing pain between you and your partner, but the conversations that take place in his office get the ball rolling on healing the past and present pain simultaneously. Its a long process, the hurt didnt happen over night so healing doesnt happen in a handful of sessions, but you can feel differences emerge over time. Nick has been such a force for healing within the relationships in the Chico community. Im personally really grateful for his presence.
