Only a 0 is deserved here. I applied to a job position online and was contacted by Chris M. After I was given the job description and realized the employer didnt have good insurance offerings, I politely declined to move forward with that particular job. Chris said she would notify me if she had another job that would be a good fit. Two weeks later I seen a job listed on their website that would have been a good fit. Not receiving a notification from Chris prompted me to reach out to her. My inquiry, in the form of an email, went ignored. I can only assume this is because I was no longer interested in the position that offered very little in the terms of insurance. Chris does not have the right to dictate what would be in my best interest. When I spoke to Chris on a phone interview she stated she was my advocate, which clearly she is not. Her actions prove that. I regret having any dealings with Chris. I would not go to this company for direct employment placement.
Ive been working at my placement from Allevity for 6 months and it has been great. I first applied for an event staff position for Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest. Those two weekends of work led to a position in the distributions office where I have been since October.Allevity has never missed a paycheck, or the opportunity to place me somewhere new. If youre thinking about giving them a try, go into the office, meet with a recruiter and make a nice impression. They will take good care of you if you represent them well to their clients.
This was my best experience in seeking employment! Jim was so great and responsive. The interview was something I hadnt experienced before and I truly enjoyed it. Everything was very efficient.. I was interviewed on Thursday and hired on Friday! Thanks for the good vibes
I am delighted with the Allevity Recruiting & Staffing team! When I first walked in, they were friendly and professional. The first meeting went well; they really spent their time getting to know me before sending me out to interviews. It may have been a protracted process; HOWEVER, I was given an opportunity with an AMAZING Company! I highly recommend you if you are looking for a job! (:
I own a seasonal business so have worked for Allevity (previously Andersons) for many winters now. I feel Allevity is the best temp agency as they conduct a background check, drug test their employees and assess their computer skills. When I am available, I contact them and they send me to assignments. They have always sent me to excellent employers to cover maternity leave, disability leave, weekly and monthly assignments. The employers that I have been assigned to (CSE, Butte College, Sierra Nevada Brewery, several attorneys, Butte County) all seem to agree that Allevity has the best and most qualified temps. I enjoy my relationship with Allevity.
Great place to work if you need to fill in the gaps, or get by for a while. They have open communication, and a nice core group of employees who work well together.
My friend sent me here and one other agency and when I went to Anderson and Associates they were rude. I got the dont call me I will call you, but I never filled out at application. As I left there was someone outside and they said they only hire you if they like you but dont make a mistake because if you do they will never place you again and they never return calls unless they need you. - I think that is horrible, people should at least return your phone call. I called after that and they were right no return phone call.... good luck with them.
If I could, I would have them 0 stars. Horrible experience and rude workers. I applied online and then I called them two days later. The lady on the other line told me that she’ll call me back as soon as they found a job that is suited for me. It has been months and still no call from them. They’re very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
RACIST and unprofessional! Beware of this employment Agency. You fill out an application, turn in a resume and then nothing, if the recruiters dont know you, you will not get a job. They will tell you that there is nothing at the moment that fits your qualifications, as soon as there is something they will call you. That is one big fat lie. They are a racist company that finds loop holes in the system to not hire you, so that you cannot file a claim with the labor board on unfair hiring practices. You have been warned!
I applied for smuckers through these guys and interviewed with Jim an 2 months later I got hired on to the company. Thank you very much for the help in getting in such a great company.
The staff is friendly and professional. I was interviewed by staff recruiter Susan Owens for an opening at Sierra Nevada brewing. However, I never got the job or heard anything back from them after my interview with Susan Owens, not sure why either. That was the disappointing part for me.
Hard to find, but the staff is nice.
I gave this place my resume and I came in in person and fill out an application and I have still yet to hear from them. Thanks for wasting my time Anderson and Associates
Amazing, caring, and professional staff.
