Horrible service. They create their own hours and are never there. I went in four times in two weeks at different times throughout the day, even mid Saturday to get the status of my computer. Even after 2 weeks my part hadnt arrived so I finally got hold of them and got my money back. Advice... pay the extra 20 bucks elsewhere unless you want to deal with arrogant people and slow service

They have my computer for 4 MONTHS... and I have Zero contact from them. I tried calling, but there number has a fax machine hook up to it . I try going there to pick up my computer but they are never open.Avoid this place like the plaque.Negative -20 stars
