I really liked the enthusiasm of the workers. However, there were no repairs made. Just clean up for almost $3000.00. Im not sure if thats a good price or not, I have never hired a fire clean up before. Hoping I never have to again. The workers are very professional, and can be trusted in your home. I would recommend them to friends!

CRBR came out to clean my carpets and my area rug at my office. The estimators showed up masked (which made me very happy) and were efficient in their measurements. I received a quote on the spot which I approved. It worked out well that they were able to do the carpets the same day. They are very clean and my office even smells better. Ive worked with the professionals at CRBR while as a claims examiner. So when the fires broke out I knew who I wanted to perform my work. As with any large catastrophe, there is more work than any business can possibly handle. I knew my friends at CRBR would work with me to get me back into my home. Cleanrite was amazing and what a lifesaver. My father’s home was damaged in the Camp Fire and needed to be re-sided along with a lot of other work. I had previously worked with two other Contractors both of whom didn’t show up when they said they would and both doubled the cost after we agreed to an estimate. Cleanrite did the work in a timely manner and did all the work for the amount the insurance adjuster had estimated and stuck to their original estimate. The house looks better than it did before the fire and they even did some other improvements within the budget. My father is elderly and they made suggestions for things that made the access safer for him. Alan treated us like family and Curtis, Malissa and Alan were all great about communicating with me. CRBR helped us repair $60,000 worth of damage from a fire during the 2020 pandemic. The house looked better than before the fire when finished. Particularly impressive were the matches they made to cedar siding and stucco areas.

Following a leak in the kitchen of our rental, CRBR was quick to respond and had dryers and dehumidifiers set up within 24 hours. All the workers have been courteous and good about communicating with us about times. They worked directly with our insurance company to get reimbursement for dryout and repairs.

Clean Rite is THE BEST! Our dining room, entry and hall wood floors were water damaged ....at the same time my husband was gravely ILL. The Clean Rite crew were very sensitive to our situation. We used CRBR to remediate our smoke damaged home after the Camp Fire. The damage was severe and they had to repeat the treatments, but it was definitely worth it! It allowed us to move into our home. They even had cleaners who used non toxic cleaners made with essential oils. Our only negative, which wasn’t entirely their fault, was the 2 month wait time where when we needed to find another place to live. Clean Right Build came into our home per an insurance ordered service for a claim. Instead of cleaning up the damage, they exponentially made it worse. Because they did not recognize the standard of toilet water being categorized as category 3 water, they did not take precautions to contain the contamination before blowing water particles containing e coli all over our bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Over $8,000 of our personal property was damaged including our beds, books, and heirloom furniture. Thousands of dollars plus extra time for another more competent company to clean up the mess. Ecoli was found on our ceiling fans and other surfaces due to treating our situation without proper measures. Half our family contracted e coli and was sick for over 2 weeks. I am not sure how we will proceed, but we certainly hope that this company ups its standards before it hurts others the way it has hurt us. We cannot recommend them, and feel compelled to say something for the sake of others.10/10/18 Update: In reply to CRBR reply: We DID reach out to you from day one when you were not going to pull out contaminated carpet, including having your mitigation superintendent, Rick Venard, come out on August 22nd because we had major concerns. He and Linda (whom I spoke with on the phone), admitted to saying that CRBR was going to request approval from the insurance company to remove the shower and vanity because water had gotten under and it wasnt vented. However Rick admitted that they never sent on the request to the insurance company. In regards to the third party test...yours was invalid and confirmed invalid by a more reputable company who gave me a 26 page report and did all the testing while I was there The company sent out when I was not home did not even follow the manufactures instructions for the testing product they used, and ONLY tested in areas NOT affected by the spill...of course there was not bacteria where you had to pull back carpet NOT affected to get a sample. We had a true third party hygienist test taken by another highly reputable company and E. coli, and coliform were found on our CEILING FAN and other surfaces due to contaminated toilet water particles being blown around an unconfined area by CRBR equipment. When my husband tried to reach out to Rick via email after this, he NEVER responded! For you to reply to my review the way you did is unprofessional. Linda, I already spoke with you on the phone and we discussed all the above, including how the test you said cleared your company was invalid. I felt the entire time you were attempting to shift blame. I see that it is common practice of your company to respond to poor reviews by trying to discredit the review and the character of the person writing it. I hope you understand that consumers see through that and it only reflects poorly on the the ethics and character of your company. After not communicating August through October, it took a 1 star review to get you to actually respond to us. Please consider how your remarks to my review are challenging my character, and I am a person in your community. The poor job done in my home can be shaken off, but your response attacked me and hurts in a different way.

Ive been using CRBR for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for over 5 years and they never disappoint. They go above and beyond to get all the stains out, even pet stains. There is nothing worse then a cat smell. Especially during the summer heat in Chico, that can be rough. Thank goodness these guys are the pros and able to get it all taken care of. Best customer service! Wouldnt use any other company in town.

With three kids all under the age of 5, a family-owned and operated business, it’s darn near impossible to keep our floors and furniture cleaned all the time. After years of the wrong carpet cleaning company, I was referred to CRBR by a few friends. They were happy to give us an estimate over the phone and then again when they got there for the appointment. We had some pretty “kid-proof” stains that we thought was never coming out of some of our chairs but we were shocked when juan was able to get them out. Needless to say our whole experience was fantastic. We’ve used continued to use them through-out the years and earlier this year when our pipes froze and caused some water damage, we knew exactly who to call. Thank you guys!!!!!! You’re the best.

The last week of July, 2015, my kitchen experienced water damage. I chose CRBR without hesitation, because working in the insurance agency I do, I see the faces of the various damage repair agencies such as yours. Over the last two years it was the CRBR people that I had gotten to know some, so for me, I was choosing friends to come into my house and make it right.The initial response was hectic but swift enough since I had turned the water off the day before. I was relying on CRBR to dry out my home. Two gentlemen came and drilled holes in the toe kick of the sink cabinet and then set off to pull up laminate flooring.They chose where to stop and left drying machines. In the end, the order was given to them to NOT pull up the preexisting linoleum that was under the water damaged laminate and CRBR left.Fast Forward a month to when the floor needs to come up so we can replace it, now that we have made the decisions we needed to in order to find a new flooring, etc. The linoleum was riddled with MOLD.I fully expected CRBR to jump on it eagerly, wanting to fix the insufficient job they had already done. My complaints were met with the attitude of not wanting it to be your problem. However, when CRBR is designated to clean up damage and more damage is created because the job was incomplete, it is in fact the responsibility of CRBR to finish the job and rectify the situation. Jill Cooper was a great help during this process. Kelly was not. She really didnt want to take any responsibility for it, my guess is because then it reflects poorly on her short sighted decision to stop Dana from pulling up the linoleum as was initially the plan. My insurance dealt with your company to assure the remediation happened. My adjuster came back to see the damage and ask me baffled Did they think we WOULDNT pay them? in regards to your poor initial clean up of the water damage. When the mold issue was re-mediated, I fully expected all the area of the initial water damage would be fully cleared of linoleum... you know, doing then what should have been done to begin with. I have found that your company does not encourage or seemingly permit a work ethic of 110%, let alone 100%, nor above and beyond. There was nothing impressive about any of your efforts. Only a portion of the linoleum was pulled up. The place was tented for less than 24 hrs and then it was removed having been cleared. One scrape into pulling up the rest of linoleum left revealed more mold. Kelly, Jill and a gentleman came back.. and Kelly flatly said there was no more she could do for us, even after fully recognizing that the linoleum should have been lifted when the original clean up was being done and that she failed to allow that to happen, therefore the mold being your fault. Please understand how angry this makes me as a consumer and as a mother of a child who is very asthmatic and who has an bad allergy in particular to MOLD. This was more than an inconvenience...it was a health risk to my son.I will never recommend you to any one. I will be sure to warn everyone I know to avoid your company and anyone you use as a sub contractor, at all costs. I have received nothing than badly done work.

Once again Cleanrite-Buildrite came to the rescue! Our facility in Paradise was flooded with a few inches of standing water; their team was there within 30 minutes of receiving the call and quickly jumped into action. They briefed our staff as well as our tenants on their course of action and kept us comprised of their progress every step of the way. They not only helped with the remediation but the restoration process as well. Their staff was professional, courteous and thorough. They are a true one stop shop when it comes to disaster relief!
