I went to look at cars, and Chuck came out asked what I was looking for and it was quickly realized that they did not have any cars within my price range. However, Chuck spent at least 15 minutes of his time giving me awesome advice about buying cars even though he knew I couldnt buy anything from him. I highly recommend!

Not only did the employees help us find the right fit of a vehicle for our family, they stayed late after closing so we had time to finish the paperwork and take home our car. On top of their great customer service after a couple months with our car we got a free oil change, and the mechanic went above and beyond by helping us get to the right people to get our windshield fixed. We are very appreciative and highly recommend this dealership.

Incompetent would be a compliment for this business. Not only did they sell me a total lemon of a car, but their staff in the mechanic shop is awful with communication between themselves and their customers. Also, their interest rate is steep. Do yourself a favor and buy from an actual dealership, not this sorry excuse of a used car lot.

Overpriced definitely. High monthly payments. Took them 4 months to fix my car. Finance company wanted proof of insurance every month. Dont miss one payment or your car is gone. They dont care about you or your situation just your money. I wish i would have gone elsewhere would have been treated better.

All can say is AMAZING! I went to highway moItors on Thursday right before they closed for the day, I live about about hour away and was in desperate need of a vehicle. Quince, took me to each vehicle and and answered all of my questions, hes very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on their lot. I picked out my car, which I absolutely love, and it was time for the paperwork. Well it took almost 3 hours between the paperwork and waiting for the insurance agent to process everything. Quince was there 3 hours after closing! Not once did he complain or get frustrated about being there so long. He does not get commission for this, I asked. He could have easily told me to go back the next day, but he did not. Highway motors is very lucky to have him, if Im ever in the market again I will definitely go back and see Quince!

I needed a minor bit of work done on my car. These guys squeezed me in the same day I called, let me know about about a warning light on my dash (but they didnt push/try to upsell), and they didnt even charge me for labor. They also have a decent waiting room - useful since there arent any coffee shops, etc. nearby.
