I had a great experience at Dominics. He was professional and his prices were quite reasonable. I told him what the quote was from the dealer and we both had a good laugh. Then he fixed my radiator. I would trust him to fix it again if it ever needs it, which it wont! Hes a good guy and Im glad I found him.

Mike did a great job. Had a rough demeanor, but was straightforward and got us in last minute, with a good price. I would say 5 stars, but the shop is a bit messy with nowhere to wait. Thanks, keep up the good work.

1. Broke my coil and at least one spark plug wire during installation of a new radiator.2. Not very professional. The guy is obviously lonely and wants to talk about all the millions he could be making working for Halliburton. He wouldnt give my keys back to me for a solid 20 min after I paid while my 5 year old was gong out of his mind. Took 40 min for him to release our car to us despite no phone calls or other customers. He sat on his ass.3. The whole area smells terribly of chemicals and there is obvious radiator fluid on the ground surrounding the front of the establishment.4. Fairly sure he performed work that didnt need to be done.5. Refused to return old parts.6. Became very verbally aggressive when I suggested that he may have done some damage during the radiator install.7. The shop is disgusting and a hazard. Hes got 2 dogs that bark and nip at customers to which he responds with yelling and physical threats.8. Had 8 am appointment, didnt show till well past 9.9. Doesnt provide detailed written estimates.10. Doesnt accept AMEX and generally refuses to hand keys back until his android based card reader shows the money in his account which can take some time.11. Didnt bother to call me to let me know the job was done.12. Trash talked PEP Boys, Affordable Automotive and the other 2 radiator shops in town.13. Used inappropriate language around my 5 year old.14. He did nothing to keep his dogs away from my child even they both growled at him and one tried to bite him.15. Falsified invoice to reduce his tax liability by writing parts up as labor.There are at least 2 other radiator shops in this town that I would go to before returning here.

Mike is an awesome mechanic, will work with you and is every honest. When it comes to radiators, he blows ace radiator out of the water.

Best radiator man in town.
