Love the apartments they just repainted them looks so beautiful now and they upgraded the ac to a New Thermostat and overall they are very welcoming and if there are any issues they always respond. The environment is clean and has a lot of nature and grass to run around, if you have children. The apartments also have a balcony some even have walk in closets, I love it here!

The apartment gets way too dusty thxs to the very old central heat and air. Lots of drug activity, not safe for kids and families.inadequate insulation in the walls so i get woke up alot on school nights 😑,and the apartments are not properly insulated against the heat and cold.

What used to be a great family friendly housing complex is now a run down apartment hood, run by a slumlord. maintenance wont fix anything when asked and youll constantly be under the scrutiny of a holier than thou manager. i feel like shes prejudice against young people. and anyone in poverty. she admited to me that she evicted 10 people before me and wont hesitate to add me.this in it self is a scare tactic. several other peopke were given 10 day notices to quit on redundent and petty things. most of which are slander. now that i moved out. i talked with a previous neighbor and they said i was evicted thanks to the manager. i was not evicted. i left on a 10 day notice to quit because id rather live in my car than have someone judge me because im not born into wealth.

Used to be ok. Now all druggies live their and they no longer have security. They let anyone live their. Mgt sucks. Maintenance is like a pedophile, creep.

Not a family friendly place 2 live ANYMORE please(keep a close eye on the children)2 much drug activity going on these days
