Hired White Glove for a Chimney Inspection 3/25. The technician was friendly. After he finished, he very carefully explained what was wrong and steps he believed were needed to repair/replace/decommission the chimney. All good information.I was very clear that I wanted him to list all this information, along with a quote, in the formal report so that I could use to negotiate with the seller.This was Thursday. I didnt receive the inspection report until Monday afternoon. In the report, the information was VERY limited, with the final words being one sentence that read, Recommend replacing system or sealing off so that it is not used.I immediately responded asking for a quote to replace or seal, as time is running out on my inspection window. I received a response the next morning, Tuesday, stating Id receive the quote later that day.Its now Wednesday afternoon and Ive yet to receive the quote.Normally this wouldnt be an issue, but when it comes to buying a home, time is of the essence.Due to White Gloves lack of follow through, and lackluster details in the report I do not recommend White Glove Chimney for your inspection.

We are beyond pleased with the service we received from Leo this morning, 12/09/2020. He shortened and straightened our clothes dryer outlet line, then thoroughly cleaned the vent pipe out to the roof. At our request, he replaced the inadequate outlet duct on the roof with one that is appropriate for our needs. Leo explained everything clearly. He is professional and personable and represents White Glove extremely well.

Bob was very helpful and very knowledgeable about his products. He was also easy to talk to and showed us around to the different coolers that he has.

If you need a business which is A1 for your fireplace, this is the company for you! I wanted to get a gas fireplace to help reduce the pollution in Butte County. They were professional, caring, expert in their field, helped me get sub-contractors for electric and gas and took away the old fireplace with not one spot on the carpets! Also they also have great follow-up service! They are the best!

Beautiful fireplaces in the showroom that will make you want to remodel your house so you can put one in every room. Matt is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when explaining options and how each of the units work. Highly suggest you go in for a tour if youre thinking about getting a new unit! (And they have a sweetheart of an office dog named Siri! Watch out, she gives huge kisses!)

BE WARNED...Bob & Hos Ferrari of Flue Season/ White Glove Chimney inspected my chimney for a real estate inspection and submitted 4 out of 5 false photos in order to obtain a $7944 pay day. After receiving the 5 photos from him, I have hard evidence that he altered the photos meta-data and when the raw data was obtained through an EXIF App. The false photos were from a damaged flue from 1999!I gave him the chance to check to make sure the correct photos were submitted in my report and he looked me in the eye and stuck to his lies.His affiliations with Angies List, HPBA & NFI are expired or revoked. He has a Technical Violation with the CA State License Board.DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE...THEY LIE & MANIPULATE TO STEAL YOUR $$$$.
