They are doing their best, but this is a busy post office, but usually very helpful, polite, and professional.Easy to locate, plenty of parking, it has a Pokemon Go stop across the street and a Pokemon Go gym in the front yard.

We have had this issue before but once again same thing. Just because someone doesnt have mail to drop off doesnt give you the right to not come to that house incase have mail going out and not get picked up. Ive even called the post office like 10 times and no ones wants to ever answer the phone.

Always clean and tidy. There is one lady who is super nice and will try to help with whatever. Ive .seen her help.with addresses,po boxes, and.shipping. the other lady, closest to the door is surely and will go out of her way to be ugly to customers. I have heard her tell people who are elderly that its not her job to address things. Heres a pen. Cause if theyve been left on the counter they vet stolen, move over there, get back in line. And dont forget the pen. after this last year of covid, one would think she would be greatful.of her job. And more accommodating to her fellow people. Just was sad as I left. And disappointed.

Its has everything I need for mail. I can get stamps,it has a good location, plenty of parking, if you are in a hurry you can mail your bills or letters in the mailbox on the alley. Also they have displays to show exactly the boxes and such you may need.

A package requiring a signature arrived Monday; a USPS slip was left in the mailbox. I rescheduled delivery for today i.e. Friday. I made it a point to be here all morning and the doorbell never rang. I walk to the mailbox @ noon to check and a USPS slip left stating re-delivery was attempted today.My intuition tells me the postman never got out of the truck and thats why the delivery slip was left in the mailbox and not on the door; too lazy to walk to the door and ring the doorbell.Now, I have to take time to go to the post office location and pick up the package in person or stand by my mailbox and wait for the next attempted delivery Monday. Its no wonder the USPS is in the toilet.

The USPS is using Covid-19 to give worse than usual service. The post office was never really helpful, but this is ridiculous.

I think all of the Chickasha post office employees are down to earth, helpful, and friendly. Ive never had any issues going to the post office here in town.

Supposedly packages were delivered to a business on Friday - December 14th. Employees were at work at the supposed time of delivery. No mail delivered. Went back through the camera footage at office. There were NO deliveries or mail deliveries made. Post master says nothing they can do. Really??? Most of the packages were childrens Christmas presents. This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!

Never can get packages on date specified. They are always late. Hate when packages are sent usps instead of fedex or ups. Worthless delivery system.

Just dont go at noon
