Very easy transaction, would recommend this office.Easy to find, easy parking, she is fast and courteous, very helpful!The price was reasonable considering I gave Enterprise one days notice.Got my deposit back, had no issues with the rental car, very happy with their customer service.

We reserved a large SUV to take on vacation. We have 7 people with luggage. Made the reservation 2 weeks prior. Show up to pick up the SUV and was told sorry we couldnt get one. They waited until it was time for us to leave for vacation to tell us our reservation could not be honored. Im beyond livid.They offered us a small Nissan with zero trunk or storage space. Very irresponsible!! Chickasha, OK location. Do Not Trust this company.

I was pleasantly surprised. I made my reservation for a full size 4 door truck with 4 wheel drive online the day before I needed it. Website was easy to use and informative. The next day, I went to pick up the truck. I thought Id be there at least an hour filling out forms and stuff, but I was in and out in less than 15 min and on the road in a brand new 2020 Chevrolet 1500 4x4 four door crew cab pickup. And it was nice! All the bells and whistles... ☆☆☆☆☆

I have never been to a rental car place that wouldn’t allow my boss to pay for the rental. This created a very time consuming process as my employer is out of state and we had to go through additional steps to get my rental car. Then the car wasn’t even clean. First time I’ve ever had an issue with enterprise.

If I could give a negative, I would. Made the reservation, get the conformation, ready to go and then I call the day of the pick up the car and they proceed to tell me they have no cars available at this time. Sorry.

They are local, open most days and have good customer service.

I rent from this location regularly. Colby is always professional and as accommodating as he can be. The new location is much better for parking and transferring stuff from my personal vehicle to the rental. Having dependable people like Colby and accessibility to local rental cars allows me to be efficient in my work. Thanks!

I have written in Enterprise cars, and I can tell you that they are all excellent vehicles to drive. They have very reasonable rates, and you can get a plan that will suit your needs. If you need a rental car, this is a great place to come. I give it 5 stars because of their excellent service.

Enterprise is always a bit priceyer than the other companies, but they always seem to have better vehicles and never hassle you when you are there. The staff was super nice and even upgraded our vehicle for us for free since the reservation was wrong! I would rent from them again

Not helpful at all waste of time

What a surprise! Toll cost is $1.75 for Economy car. Total $3.50 (FYI) Like the car, the bells and whistles are a adventure as is. After dark, you might need 7 quarters at the Toll.

Always had a good, pleasant experience when renting cars with them.

Only had one vehicle available so was forced to pay the daily rate for that vehicle. $80 to rent a car for a 40 minute drive. I should have only been charged for the cheapest vehicle because that’s all I needed but instead was forced to pay more for a larger vehicle of which I did not need. Not professional customer service, in my opinion.

Terrible! Went down the street to Hertz and it was way cheaper and easier.
