Not any other place I know of have the customer service as good as here. Nancy has been very helpful from the get go. She gets stuff done for sure! From last min rental, drop off, timings etc... Unlike Penske, where they make you feel like theyre doing you a favor. I would either go here or the Ryder in Cicero. Ask for Kristen... Shes cool too!!!!!!

They lease their truck to anyone. I was in downtown Chicago when Ryder truck driver hit me in purpose and continue driving. I called police and they check the cameras and found the driver guilty of a Hit and Run. My car insurance keep contacting Ryder for almost a year and they always tell me that Ryder keep saying the driver has no insurance policy. After one year I will hire a lawyer and sue then

Decent place as far as truck rentals go. They seem to have everything from small box trucks to semis that you can rent so nice place for being in a commercial District in the city

If I could give negative stars I would. This location is worst dropped truck to get new refrigerator and radar alignment. They had the truck 4 days and only took out the old refrigerator 4 DAYS !!! Brought it back the next weekend to have new refrigerator put back of course the idiots cant do anything right refrigerator not properly installed they did not put APU on standby so everything in my cooler is now no good !!! Stay away from this location pathetic!!!
