The people who answer the phone hardly speak s English.Also charged double and refuse to refund. Be aware!To the Owner,I did call and provide a proof and it didnt help so your response means nothing. The reviews by others shows what kind of operation you are running. so I will add to it that a phone call is not enough for you to cancel the Service you need a Request process
Company was great place to work for but when new management stepped in (GM from Oaklawn) not only did moral go down, but she spoke to all reps in such a manor, it made you not want to work for the company. No one should ever be disrespected or treated to feel like they arent good enough to be with the company which is EXACTLY what the GM did and why I actually left!
It was pretty easy to locate. They have access to public transit, and the interview process was extensive, but well worth it.
We have been outsourcing the front line of our customer service with TelAssist for a while now and theyve been a great choice. They are an excellent call center team to work with.
