Recently i bought my dictation headphone from here. When i received the product, i called them up, and they helped me set it up. after about 2 months of working, unbeknownst to me, nuance released an update, which for some technical reason i dont understand, did not update my software. As a result, my dictation microphone started typing gibberish. I send emails to Philips and spoke with the tech support at nuance. I got bounced between the two companies with no resolution of the problem. i called the store, and Kevin spend half an hour looking at all sorts of different things in my computer, and fixed the issue for me. Thank you Kevin, for great service, and getting me up and running.
