Without a doubt, the worst experience with any insurance provider weve ever had. My wifes employer had to drop them halfway through their contract because her co-workers were having similar problems.In short, we spent hours upon hours on the phone between hospitals and this company because they constantly refused to pay. They said they covered all visits, even those out of network, which sounded good, since EVERY doctor and hospital was out of network (in our area). But since they didnt have a contract with anyone, theyd basically not pay, and then tell us to let the bill from the hospital go to collections so they could negotiate it.It was six months of us being a negotiator, of misleading information, and of doctors we know balking at the tales of this company.
